Pick up and go spot. Ask if there's wifi while you wait for your food. The bones of the meat doesn't really looks like chicken bones, yet the meat is cook. Nice cashier, yet wash which english word you speak...

Today, we purchased 8 tenders at your location (Invoice #11521). Upon tasting them, we immediately noticed they were extremely spicy — much more than usual. This is not my first time ordering from your restaurant; I am a loyal customer and know how the product should normally taste.

We raised a complaint right away, but the response we received was very disappointing. We were simply told, “That’s how it is,” with no real solution or concern for the issue.

Because of this poor service, neither my wife nor my daughter were able to eat, and we ended up leaving frustrated, without money, and still hungry. I lost my money, and unfortunately, you lost a loyal customer.

I hope you take this situation seriously and work to improve both your service and the quality of your products to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I just bit into a biscuit and found a cockroach. Tried to call them to let them know, but no answer.

Got their two piece Chicken and it was decent.

First time trying the Mexicana sandwich with mash potato and Diet Coke, couldn’t believe how bland it was, with what’s in it, thought I was going to taste something, even the chicken had no taste to it for some reason, ended up throwing half the sandwich away, thought the drink was the best thing out the meal.

Today Tuesday November 22nd I was eating at this Churchs and unfortunately I ordered wings for my son, when he bit into them my son told me that he felt weird, I picked it up and when he smelled it the chicken stank it was a nauseating smell and when I went to complain to the service lady, I told her to change them for others or give me my money back she told me that it was not possible and the other male staff started yelling in his native language (Hindu). Things that were not understood and unfortunately they only told me can we change it for a piece of chicken to which I had to agree because if not my son would be left without food but unfortunately be careful because the food is rotting and they are not capable of doing anything for the customer, terrible service and more so if someone starts speaking in a language that is not correct, even more so because it denotes cowardice on the part of the employees for not wanting to face this type of situation, definitely all the Churchs I have eaten at have always had terrible service but these were the worst

This is the worst Church's Chicken location I've ever visited. The chicken was cold, and the coleslaw was expired. When I asked for a refund, I was told that refunds aren't allowed. The staff here is extremely rude, and the customer service is even worse. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Avoid this location at all costs.
