The staff was very rude. She informed me that the order would be ready in 3 minutes, but I had to wait for more than 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, she started speaking in Hindi, a language I don't understand.

Great place to grab a bite. Amazing sandwich. The spicy is perfect.

This is my go-to chicken fast food when I’m in the office. Daily specials, friendly staff, clean. Deducting a star for playing too much country music (read the room: your customers are brown/Asian/black, your staff is brown).
Food is as expected of a chain. But the service is slow and they sometimes get orders wrong. Staff seems lazy and there are lots of flys. Not my favourite fast food spot in the area.

Great flavour and portions for the chicken. I was surprised that a serving of onion rings was about 4 of them. But the chicken makes up for it.

Its so good especially the jalapeno bombers
I had ordered the five-piece chicken strips regular not spicy. I said regular more than three times. I even asked the game before I left if it was the regular chicken strips and I was told again yes.
We arrived home in Toronto 50 minutes later only to find out that it was spicy. Not regular. Store was closed by the time we got home. My daughter ended up not being able to eat any of it. I was the only one in the restaurant yet the server seemed occupied with something. I don't know if it was incoming deliveries. I have no idea.
I wasn't going to drive back to pick up another order the next day. Way too much wasted in gas.

I don’t know who was first on scene Popeyes or Churches. Their chicken fingers taste the same! I do not eat Popeyes because it’s too greasy and salty. Mind you Churches is better only because it is less salty. The biscuits are on point! Moist and flaky. Fries portions is small. Would I eat here again? Nope! I was curious, and now I am not…

The lady at the counter she don’t know how to speak with customer she is very rude and she don’t know how to speak one of the biggest mistake I visited this place i give zero for food and atmosphere
The service was good but the Mexicana sandwich was not that great as it was a cold sandwich. When spoke to your staff she justified that the burger had to be served the same way, where the cheese wasn't melted, the bun wasn't hot and the patty wasn't hot. They gave us a complimentary biscuit for a review but the biscuit, on the contrary was hot, but not good in taste. The staff name was Ms.Nava
