I eat food from here every 2-3 weeks and it is always excellent in my opinion. I was very saddened to hear of the recent fire and know the owners are devastated at the damages the accident has caused. They are a very loving, generous, passionate family who have decades of roots on St. Clair and always expressed their love and appreciation for the community. I hope for prosperity to everyone affected by this unfortunate situation.

Extremely irresponsible and negligent. They don’t follow proper safety protocols which resulted in a huge fire that left the family living in the unit above panicked, displaced, heartbroken and killed their cat who had been a part of their family for 14 years. Not a single employee called 911 or even thought to knock on the door of the unit above to ensure their safety. We can’t help but wonder if they had thought to call the fire department in a timely manner, there may have been time to save the cat. Oh also none of the employees were at the scene when the fire department actually did show up. Something is off and this needs to be investigated further..

I have eaten food from other Portuguese Churrasqueiras, I was very DISAPPOINTED with the food.
1. The rice had no taste, had to be cooked a bit more.
2. The patatos had no taste.
3. The chicken could've been seasoned better. It was my first time at this place. The reason I went there was because someone told me the food was good. I was DISAPPOINTED because Soa Miguel Cuisine has such great flavor to thier food. Step up a notch on or Seasonings.?

The staff is great, and the food tasted ok, but the prices are too high. I got a chicken leg with a side of rice, potatoes, and roasted red pepper sauce and water, and it was over $20 before tips. You can get a full shawarma dinner down the street for $18 which has almost twice the amount of food, to be honest.

I've ordered take-out here a few times. The food had always been tasty. If you're going to need a whole chicken, or large rack of ribs etc it's best to order like 1hr ahead to ensure there's enough, or so they can make it fresh just for you. Friendly staff!

I got the Quarter BBQ Chicken Leg meal which comes with a side of rice, potatoes, and roasted red pepper sauce at a super reasonable price of $12. The chicken was very juicy and tender yet packed with flavour and the servers were super nice helping us decide by letting us know that the BBQ is generally more juicy than the rotisserie. I was happily impressed by the potatoes which were deliciously caramelized and soft, with a hint of a sweet aftertaste, but the rice was pretty standard.Bonus points for using clean chicken that's raised free-range without the use of antibiotics!There is limited searing with how small the space is but still a nice spot to sit down and have a meal (when it's not so busy).Overall a satistying meal - would definitely visit again! 4.5/5 stars.
