First and last time here.
Parking was impossible. There’s no actual parking for the patrons. There’s a clear sign directly outside of the establishment posted by the city that says no parking at any time in front of the establishment. So where do we park? We parked several blocks away so we could avoid getting towed, however from the looks of it people were parking right up to the stop light without a care of getting towed. Bizarre. Whole lot of parking that’s not supposed to be happening in this vicinity. This is all based on my personal visual observation during my visit, by the way.
As for our dining experience inside the restaurant - it was awful from the very beginning. Rudeness from the hostess right from the beginning. It left a sour taste in our mouths. Rudeness when we were ordering and asking about the dishes. And rudeness when the food was delivered. Needless to say, 80% of the food was left behind on our plates because we couldn’t stomach the entire experience. First and last time.

Usually we are happy with Vila Verde however one part of our last order doesnt sit well with us. DO NOTNORDER THE SHRIMP PATTIES, they are horrible we didnt know what inside them if it was old left over fish, chicken, scraps but anyone who has ever had s shrimp patty and has some taste knows what they are and these were pure garbage and a waste of money.
Now for this occasìon we just ordered potatoes, rice and salad and we were incredibly disappointed. We made a scheduled order through Uber Eats more than 4 days prior to our event which was today. Our order was to arrive around 2pm for my sons communion dinner and at 1:30pm we get a notification that our order was canceled. No one called us and we were left scrambling to find someone else. I cannot honestly say how disappointed and angry we are that this happened, we have ordered before where there were no issues, we tried calling them to figure out what happened and they aren't even answering. I can't believe they can do this to people and leave us in the lurch. If it wasn't for Best Portuguese Chicken, I don't know what we would have done.
In response to the owners answer this is what we got. Also, we did attempt to contact the restaurant that day and all we got was a message saying they were not available and we could not leave a message. We ended up spending almost double the amount finding someone who could full fill the order that last minute.
As for the patties ALL of them were so called tuna? We pay for shrimp we get tuna? Whatever they were they weren't good.

We celebrated my son's Confirmation here and i couldn't be happier. The food was fresh, delicious and very generously portined a great value for the price. A huge thank you to Lilly who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She and the entire staff were nothing but very pleasant to communicate with. The service 10/10 The food 10/10. Highly recommend.

Wanna get harassed go there The lady ( manager) she is so rude doesn’t have no common sense, no costumer service no hygiene in back of restaurant literally a mess and disgusting food!! The lady had a thick attitude, she’ll realize it one day when she’ll get the same thing back from someone else!!!!!!!!! Overall- terrible place
