I try to contact this place to put an order for a cake and they didn't reply.
what a bad service!
Your catering truck showed up 1.5 hours late (out of the scheduled 2 hours) for my friend's wedding in Caledon 2 weeks ago. She emailed you for answers but you have ghosted her. She is entitled to compensation and some answers. Do the right thing. We will take this to the media if we have to

Churros is a popular spot in Kensington market, known for its crispy and aromatic churros filled with creamy sauce. The churros are freshly made, served warm, and are crispy on the outside while soft on the inside, making them addictive for many customers. There are four flavors to choose from: Chocolate, Strawberry, Dulce de Leche, and Condensed Milk. The service is efficient, and customers can pay by credit card, although cash is not accepted at the moment. A customer recommends getting 1 strawberry and 1 caramel churro, and while the filling can fall to the bottom, asking for extra sauce on the side helps.
The restaurant also offers a spicy soup with shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, potatoes, and coriander, served with complimentary tortilla chips. Vegetarian options include soup, tacos, and churros. Seating is available at the back for those who prefer to sit down, but it is also a grab-and-go place. Despite a small, wobbly table and some messiness with the churro filling, the overall experience is affordable and enjoyable, making it a recommended choice for a quick lunch in the Toronto area. Customers appreciate the friendly service and are encouraged to be patient, as each churro is filled at the time of payment.
