Listen, we like the pizza here. Good slice for a good price as I like to say.

However, their delivery times are not good. I sit here pizzaless at 7:15 despite calling in my order at 5:45. I am a large man. This isn't my first time waiting for a pizza.

If I lived on the other side of Toronto I would understand, but I live a 7 minute walk from Cici's. You might ask, why didn't you just pick it up? That's not the point. It's Friday and I'm trying to vibe and not leave the house.

No 1 star review because I like to support local but come on mannnnnnnn.

Great value, great taste. The suicide hot wings are one of the best on the city. Potato wedges are also great and crispy. Granted it’s a fast food restaurant so there are days when it is great and days when it is just good enough. I’ve never dined in but they do have seating available for a small group of people.

After years of soul searching, sampling, and deep analysis, I have decided that CiCi's is my favourite pizza in Toronto. The real neighbourhood slice. Reminds you of your childhood in every bite. It's a combination of factors: simple, unpretentious, speed of service, and best of all, consistently warm to my heart and delicious to my stomach. You don't have to put on your cool pants to fit in here like a lot of the other spots in this city. Incredibly reasonably priced. A place to feel good.

Very good pizza. Nice crust. Not floppy. Not soggy. Not overdone. Just perfect. Good cheese source. This pizza is better than most pizza joints. The only room for improvement would be to offer in house made dipping sauces vs the packaged ones. This would put cici pizza at the top.

Was told 15-20. Waited 45 with no explanation. They took my payment and tip quick.

Arrived home, Pizza slid from being fired ten minutes -after- I arrived for pick up time and the wings were barely warm. Something was not right and should have been corrected before I took this home. Fries overdone in dirty dirty oil, they are mostly dark gray and hollow. Inedible.

Edit: I called on the phone to let you know I left a review with photos. You said "what order", I called with the same # and had left 6 minutes earlier. It was handed to me without any "warning".

I'll be back for a better solution than this reply.
