Cinnabon

I went here in the morning on my way to work, to grab a quick coffee and fresh Cinnabon, and the asian lady said they are baking now and that I would have to wait for fresh Cinnabon for a little bit, or center roll is ready now if wanted, so I said I can wait. After the short wait she gave me my Cinnabon and was very polite saying thank you for waiting, have a nice day and enjoy your Cinnabon.

My favorite spot in the entire world is right here in Toronto! Located inside Eglington Subway Station.

Cinnabon has been making our mouths water now for years!

True and tested recipe makes them the best!

So if your happen to be passing through Eglinton Subway station remember to grab a few boxes of Cinnabons. Whether it's for the co workers, family or just yourself your taste buds and everyone else's tastebuds will be over the moon!

The dough is nice and soft and chewy. The cinnamon is oozing out, the icing is so sweet and luscious.

Cinnabon makes for the perfect treat. And with the holidays just around the corner this would make for a great accompaniment to any dinner!

Also very friendly and wonderful staff. They understand customer service and go beyond and above!

This was a clean place, and the lady at the cash register was nice enough to speak over the ambient noises so I could hear her this morning, the food was good and I would recommend going to people I know. The cashier was polite and directed me to the information I needed such as price and quantity per box.

DON’T COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CHINESE LADY THAT WORKS THERE! Had the worst encounter with her in this location! the Chinese cashier that wears glasses was so rude! I was with my kids at the time. I just asked her how many pieces that 1 box comes with since I can’t see and she just straight up pointed the menu which I explained I couldn’t see and raised her tone of voice at me every time she answers! Ended up not buying because of her attitude!! VERY RUDE NOT COMING BACK HERE ANYMORE!
Doesn’t even greet or smile when customers approached her!
Most of the bad reviews I read was about that rude chinese staff of yours and clearly she is the problem!!!

I can't sawp or tap i ask manually they say no ,they never heard this before

Ordered a 4 pack and it was really dry and old. Skimped out on the icing :( Really disappointing

I purchased a 4 pack large at 12:30 today.
1:10 I cut one in half and I’ve never been more disappointed. There is no way that this hard, dried out thing was baked today !!
I don’t own a microwave so I can’t even make it seem fresh.
I’m so done with Cinnabon and I’ve loved it since I first tasted it over 20 years ago.
I’m so angry as it’s a half hour drive so I’m not able to go back. What an absolute waste of $25.60

I should have read the reviews before coming here because everyone was right. If you want to experience rude customer service then this is the place to go. The girl who took my order was giving me attitude when I asked about the promotion that was going on for their 40 year anniversary and had no patience. It felt like she just wanted me to leave ASAP so that she didn’t have to serve any customers. If you think that emailing their customer service will help, they just send you a message saying they’ll forward the information and hope to see you again. But clearly nothing has changed if other people have commented on their poor customer service within the last few months. It’s not worth your time or money to go there, spend $8 on a cinnamon bun, and get yelled at or treated poorly.

Cinnabon used to be the best but since they've added margarine to the icing it is just not the same. Cobs is the only place left that really tastes like it did originally

bougth 4pcs large i ask when it was bake she said last night then told me put in the microwave before you eat, when i got home only to fund out it was hard and i check the date it was the date today 23rd, i went there to let th exchange it for freshly bake but the lady said no i will refund you and dont ever come back here again, okay! for $25 for 4pcs for sure you would ask for something that you paid for! cinnabon eglinton station branch 🤮

Mean Asian lady at the cash who refuses to take the gloves off… she handles money and the cash register and doesn’t changes her gloves and proceeds to handle food with dirty gloves. I mentioned it to her and she got angry. Please tell her to change her dirty gloves. Or better off with frequent handwashing.

The woman there is not very hospitable, I got there very early today and waited for them to be open, when she opened the shutters, I asked if I could order and she was like she just opened and then I asked when I could come back and she visibly rolled her eyes and told me 1 hour, I still smiled at her and said ‘okay, I’ll be back in an hour’ and she looked at me so mean and said I said 1 and a half hours. Safe to say I didn’t go back there. This is not the first time an attendant there has been very inhospitable to me.

Check the bill because the person who served me (maybe Asian) charged me a higher amount than the actual price.
