Mean Asian lady at the cash who refuses to take the gloves off… she handles money and the cash register and doesn’t changes her gloves and proceeds to handle food with dirty gloves. I mentioned it to her and she got angry. Please tell her to change her dirty gloves. Or better off with frequent handwashing.
The woman there is not very hospitable, I got there very early today and waited for them to be open, when she opened the shutters, I asked if I could order and she was like she just opened and then I asked when I could come back and she visibly rolled her eyes and told me 1 hour, I still smiled at her and said ‘okay, I’ll be back in an hour’ and she looked at me so mean and said I said 1 and a half hours. Safe to say I didn’t go back there. This is not the first time an attendant there has been very inhospitable to me.
Check the bill because the person who served me (maybe Asian) charged me a higher amount than the actual price.
Cinnabon at Eglinton Station is hands down the best spot for a sweet treat! The cinnamon buns are always fresh, soft, and perfectly gooey—just the way they should be. But what truly sets this location apart is the excellent customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always serve with a smile. It’s rare to find such great service in a busy station, but they consistently make the experience enjoyable. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or treating yourself after a long day, this Cinnabon never disappoints!
Delicious🥹
Requested to add pecan and caramel to a 9 pack mini and they tried charging me an extra $15. $15 is a ridiculous amount to charge for a handful of pecans and a small drizzle of caramel sauce. Would rate you zero stars if I could. Disappointing to say the least.
Attracted by the smell and the taste didn’t disappoint!

Horrible service and I won’t be coming here anymore to spend around $8 after tax on a cinnamon bun! It was only with being overpriced when it was properly given. Otherwise I can get supermarket ones or gourmet bakery cakes nearby.
The cashier today is Chinese and I had her another time and she gave me a dry cinnamon with not a lot of icing. Today I asked for one with lots of icing, but she said no and seemed frazzled and confused because she couldn’t understand me. Then a Caucasus woman with slightly better comprehension skills in the back came over and they thought I wanted no icing. Finally, when they understood, I was told I can buy extra icing for $1. They’re terrible and if they can’t understand then more training is required. The former regular staff were great, but not these fools.

Food and service was very good. The employee put fork and knifes in my classic roll bag. I also really like the vanilla iced coffee definitely worth picking something up from here if your leaving the subway or before going to the subway. Very good cinnabon location

I was lining up to purchase a Cinnabon from this shop when I noticed the owner of the shop arguing with a customer and swearing at a customer who was reporting an incomplete order. The gentleman who identified as the owner, used profane language and told the customer he doesn’t need his money and he can go purchase Cinnabons somewhere else. After seeing this I left the line and changed my cravings to Tim Hortons across the street. If I am shopping with my kids the last thing I want to do is listening to disgruntled shop owner mistreat his customers.Good new Toronto!!!
