I visited Cinnaholic at Union Station a few weeks ago while searching for a vegan spot inside the station. I couldn’t find anything else and finally ended up here—honestly unsure if I’d even like something. But I’m so glad I did!
Krishna and Varsha were incredibly helpful and kind. I told them my preferences, and they patiently guided me to choose something I might enjoy. Their customer service was genuinely warm, and thanks to them, I found a cookie that I absolutely loved!
I even asked for their names just so I could leave a good review—they truly deserved it. Thank you both for turning my uncertain visit into such a positive experience. Highly recommend this location for both the treats and the service!

In a pinch, Cinnaholic came through. It was late, we had already had dessert, and we were leaving the next day for Ottawa. Cinnaholic sells prepackaged day-old buns at a fraction of the regular price. We ate them the next day on the commute. They were sweet, cinnamon-y, and soft.

Had the original cinnamon rolls and they were pretty delicious! Best served freshed as the icing on top gets a bit weird the longer you wait. Nice that everything is vegan!
The most iconic and unique cinnamon bun we ever had!! Super fresh and delicious!!! We will definitely come back!!! 🤩 and the Mr. working there was super friendly and helpful 👌

I’ve wanted to try this place for a while and finally bit the bullet. Last night I ordered a brownie and mini rolls. The brownie was tasty and a good size. But the rolls were not edible. They were hard and rubbery texture and when I took a bite, it was basically RAW!!!!
When I called the restaurant I was told these mini buns are done in a big batch early in the morning and the ones sold to me were the last ones in the batch and if they were raw others would have also complained too. Also was told because these are the only buns not made fresh, could be a reason for the texture issue cause they’ve been sitting from the morning and I ordered them at night so next time I should order a large roll which is made fresh. How is this my fault? How would I ever know that? It’s not fair to sell a raw and kinda stale product that isn’t edible.
The rolls were ONE STAR.

I stop by before work sometimes and usually love the buns from here but today the two buns I received were very dry and hard as a rock :( And the frosting was curdled. The buns seemed to be sitting out for a while and/or overmicrowaved (with the icing on it!!!!) I won't be coming back for a while
