A huge shoutout to Danika, who was the sweetest hostess and made my birthday celebrations truly memorable, she checked on us throughout our time there, ensured we had enjoyed our meal and drinks!
I came her for my birthday and had a terrible experience. The service was great but the music was so loud and so terrible I couldn't even hear my friends sitting across from me. The food and drinks were just terrible, the dishes were also unclean. The manager was very kind and offered to remove the food from the bill and give us a few complementary appetizers but they were still not good at all. I think this place appears to people as a luxury dining experience, but it felt more like a collage bar attempt at it.
We always love Fox on John. The only complaint I ever have is the music is always a little bit too loud. A magician come to our table to entertain us with close-up and he was amazing. The food was great and the atmosphere is always great as well.
Server was good but table behind me was too loud. Good food, walnut crunch salad was excellent
Food was excellent. Service was great too, but checking in at the front was a bit slow. Host wasn't very quick but overall, had a great experience.
Rowan was amazing! Had such a great time here, loved the happy hour prices, the service, and the food and drinks were delicious! Thanks so much Rowan!!
Service and food excellent as usual. My guest had never been there before, and she's now a diehard fan! Our server Luisa is a gem - the perfect level of professionalism and pleasant attentiveness.
The service was really great on a super busy night! Drink prices were also so good! And the vibes were great for hr world series
Food was good and service was good. It was very noisy. I specifically asked for seating other than a high top but was given a high top. Elbow to elbow with other diners.
It was my first time there. I had a great time. The happy hour menu is FANTASTIC. probably one of the best downtown. And until 7pm?

Food was fantastic. Our experience was great, except we did wait almost 40 minutes for our bill. It was busy so I understand a bit of a wait, but it just felt like we were being ignored because we were a group of 2, whereas the other groups around us were much bigger. The cake for my husband's birthday was an amazing surprise though and he loved it.
In town for Game 2 of the World Series and looking for brunch the Sunday after a Dodger win. Random pick that looked interesting and walkable from the Royal York Hotel. Turned out to be a great choice. Really nice vibe, sat towards the back in a library nook, watched replays of Game 2 and listened to a nice guitarist who doubled on piano. I had the Waffles and Chicken and my son a robust Canadian breakfast. Nice drinks too. Highly recommend.
Food and service are pretty good. Music volume is overwhelming. I can't talk at table OUTSIDE. Inside is a hell.
Great food. Close to parking and theaters. Quite noisy and busy. Reservations absolutely necessary on weekends. Servers a little 'under'desssed. Service is sometimes inconsistent but generally good overall. Good value.
great service.. amazing place 🍸
