I had the salmon bowl yesterday at a work event and it was AMAZING! I was surprised to see the food was well seasoned and full of flavor - because let's face it. Catered food at work events is often disappointing. The quinoa may be the best I've ever had as often people tend to make it very bland but the flavor was punching in this one! A beautiful spring mix salad on the side with a rich balsamic dressing...I was in food heaven!

Great company and highly recommended. I needed last minute catering for an event with delivery and Cleese Catering was able to accommodate what was needed. Customer service was great and very tentative to what I was looking for, even with changes to the order. Would definitely use Cleese Catering again for future events.
