I have been coming here now for three weeks. The staff here (haven’t found an exception yet) is so rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Also a bakery that doesn’t have their bread ready at 8:30AM?! Please take a look at your other store for example on bayview.

I’ve gotten bread here for some time. For a while the bread was decent. But the service and the employees are absolutely cringe. Not only do they have no civility like answering basic questions like how are you but they are mostly wearing masks (loaded with toxic ethylene oxide) and don’t even treat you like a human.As if that was bad enough I got incredibly sick from my last batch of sourdough buns so either someone is poisoning the ingredients or they changed something.Never will I return to this place. Pathetic.

0.40 $ for a paper bag after you spend $30+ for a couple loaves and a couple treats? Seems unnecessary. Decent bread and tasty sweets but expensive.

Got ripped off. Lady charged me 7.79 for a small bread that costs 3.50 every other Cobbs location. Emailed Cobbs head office they said deal with story. And story no reply. ????

Every visit has been always excellent here. The breads and bakery items are yummy. There is a lot to choose from in that small store. Lines are to be expected but get cleared fast. The team here very friendly and helpful. Thank you A+++

The people that work at Cobb's are 'cobbly' - Went there on Christmas Eve day - there were a lot of people shopping on Bloor Village that day and many debit machines were not working well. Sometimes, you had to put your card through it 3-4 times!! Had that problem at Cobb's! The girl serving me immediately said there is something wrong with my card. I informed her that alot of the stores at Bloor West are experiencing the same problem. She called her Supervisor who came and told me that I'm the only person having that problem today, and she said it in a rather loud tone in front of all customers to hear! Well, a customer at the next cash register ran into the same problem. After I tried a 3rd time, the sale finally went through!! Did I get an apology? No! Anyways, i only buy their mincemeat tarts as I dont like their white floury products that are on the gluey side! So, I'm just a once a year customer!
