the coffee is not as good as it used to be. They asked me if I want 1 or 2 shots, I asked one as I used, the barista gave me gater colored wirh coffee. I even felt the metal flavor from the machine. Horrible

Great coffee, a very European feel atmosphere! So pet friendly, it's amazing to come in the morning and just watch people and pets! I love it!

I decided to compare two of the top coffee shops in Yorkville and one newcomer, and here are my results.
At Coco, I was impressed with the professional service – the barista understood me right away, and the whole team gave off a great vibe. For comparison, I ordered a cappuccino at each place. Here, the milk foam was just right, and the amount of espresso shots was well-balanced. However, the flavor of the coffee itself didn’t stand out compared to other locations. I was also a bit disappointed with the dessert selection – the options felt limited and not what I would expect in Yorkville.
In short: perfectly steamed milk and good finesse in preparation, but the overall taste and dessert choice didn’t quite meet my expectations. Service and atmosphere were a big plus, yet overall I would rate this place 3 out of 5 stars.

I visited here on the last Thursday in August, they had a live band! This was the highlight for me as the band was playing a lot of Latin music.
I had a London fog and a croissant (requested the croissant to be warmed but that wasn’t an option). Inside the cafe was small and nice, bathrooms were clean but the outside setup for the patio was very nice.
People were dancing on the pavement and the live music had the entire street and nearby restaurants buzzing. Location was key!

Seats are uncomfortable, no wifi or outlets for laptops even though the cafe is empty, loud music, fridge buzzing high pitch whistle, overall unpleasant atmosphere and not worth it.

Excellent location, food, and beverages! Their hot chocolate is one of the best in the city, and the street patio seating is very convenient and perfect for enjoying nice weather.

I wanted to share feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had today at your Coco Espresso bar.
When I asked the two ladies working the afternoon shift about a promotion I received via email, they were very rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting, they gave me attitude and told me I was at the wrong location, even though the email clearly listed your business address. They then directed me to the ice cream shop upstairs to check if the promotion was valid there.
Fortunately, the gentleman at the ice cream shop was polite, professional, and very helpful. However, when we returned to purchase lattes from the coffee shop, both drinks were extremely watery and poorly prepared. Overall, the service and product quality were disappointing.
