Hot chocolate was good, tiramisu was quite good with maybe a sponge that was too wet, cannoli was excellent! Seemed like a neighborhood hangout spot for Italians.

The chai tea latte is traaaaaash. They put a tea bag in a cup and throw hot milk in it. It's a disgrace to call this chai. It's far from it. Music choice is bad, too. You can't do work here while Avril Lavine is yelling, "I'm with yooooou" in your ears.

This is a great place to get your morning coffee before starting your day. Both locals and tourists come here. The reason? The great, friendly atmosphere and the reasonable prices. When you walk in, the baristas greet you cheerfully and make you feel like you're part of the community. They have delicious pastries, but we always order lattes to start our day. It's conviently located in the heart of Yorkville.

I just don’t understand this place… it has bizarre celebrity pictures on the walls in a not-so-humblebraggy way (from like 20 plus years ago), elevator rock pumping and the most cringe-worthy celebrity slideshow on repeat. The espresso is okay and the biscottis are about the same (but thankfully crispy enough for dunking). It’s like a stumbled on a cafe that’s yearning for the late 1990s… maybe it’s a boomer cafe?!Wheelchair accessibility: Nope. Not even maybe. Only for mobile people only.
