On the Google Map it says that place is closing at 11:30pm. We came today on Sunday, December 17th at 11:05pm and we did not even enter the place and the girls screamed in such a rude way that place is closed and refused to listen. As we exit, both of them were saying “bullet dodged” in mandarin. Terrible customer service! Very disrespectful!

I really like this bubble tea café — I come here quite often, and I especially enjoy their seasonal promotions. However, it wasn’t always this good. For example, their other location on Spadina used to offer much more variety and daily specials, while this one didn’t. Thankfully, things have changed for the better, and that’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of two or three. There’s still room for improvement, especially when it comes to introducing more creative drinks like other locations have. Also, during the summer, the air conditioning didn’t work well, which made it uncomfortable to stay inside.
Will I come back again? Definitely. This place is improving, and I like it more and more each time I visit.
Pros: friendly staff, interesting drinks, nice to see the start of seasonal beverages, good location. Cons: poor air conditioning during the summer.
