I really like this bubble tea café — I come here quite often, and I especially enjoy their seasonal promotions. However, it wasn’t always this good. For example, their other location on Spadina used to offer much more variety and daily specials, while this one didn’t. Thankfully, things have changed for the better, and that’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of two or three. There’s still room for improvement, especially when it comes to introducing more creative drinks like other locations have. Also, during the summer, the air conditioning didn’t work well, which made it uncomfortable to stay inside.
Will I come back again? Definitely. This place is improving, and I like it more and more each time I visit.
Pros: friendly staff, interesting drinks, nice to see the start of seasonal beverages, good location.
Cons: poor air conditioning during the summer.

My favourite location to go to because they give clear cups and not the white ones.
Coco has always been my go-to bubble tea spot because of its great value. They also have great promotions and you can even pair them up sometimes! Recently, I bought the 2 for $9 and also got a lunar new year coupon!
The store is nice and clean. It’s only 3 minutes from the station. They often offer promotion like BOGO, so I’ll check their Instagram before I go there:)
Ordered their drink on Ubereats today, and I drank a hair from the drink. When I pulled it out, I saw there is a “hair attached to the pearls”, which is very disgusting.
I immediately reported to the Ubereats and called the store to express my concern. The guy who picked up the phone offered me “10 points” so I can order again from them on my next order, I told him there is a food safety issue that I may lose my trust to order again, and then he asked me “so… what do you want”
At this moment, I ended the conversation with him as I believe he doesn’t really know how serious of the food safety issue is.
Rude person taking orders here and lie about how they make orders to do less work.

Ordered two drinks and said to-go. The girl didn’t ask me if I need a bag which I think it’s essential especially I ordered more than one drink AND your bag costs money. When she gave me the drink with no bag and I asked for one, then she said it costs money??? I’m 100% ok with paying for the bag but you should inform that early. Your staffs definitely require more training.
No free takeout bag or carrier even if you buy more than two which is insane considering how expensive their drinks are. Pickup orders are not always consumed instantly, please understand.
Two employees were here but only one was working even though there was a long line. The serving girl was nice and great. However, the other girl was literally on her phone speaking out loud about her personal life during her shift.
