lol I was the one who hang up on them, cause the guy felt it was appropriate to laugh on the phone while I was asking for a refund. No apology, no refund, absolutely nothing. When I asked did you ever apologize for the situation? - “well.. I talked to delivery guy. It’s ok, all good”. LMAO, seriously? Don’t ever order anything in here.
used to really enjoy ordering food from this place, but what happened today was unbelievable.
Be ready to get mocked and listen to the guy laughing at you over the phone when you ask for your refund. Not a single sorry or anything, clowns 🤡🤡🤡🤡
The store gave my delivery driver the wrong order, and then told him that someone else had already picked up my food — which was completely untrue. The driver still got directed to my address by his Uber app, and when he arrived, he showed me the order he was given. It wasn’t mine at all. He had no way to fix it because the store provided incorrect information from the start.
Because of this mistake, I ended up with no food and no refund, and the driver wasted his time delivering something that wasn’t even meant for me.
What shocked me the most is that no one from the
store tried to help. No apology, no discount, no attempt to solve the issue or assist with a refund. Just zero responsibility.
I am honestly extremely disappointed. I loved ordering from here before, but after this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

This place is awesome. The waffle sandwich is a regular weekend go to, and my wife loves the tuna melt and the BLT. The only draw back of this place is we always find ourselves craving it on a lazy Sunday morning and they are closed all day. Haha. Great food, great people. Check it out when you can.
