Hours display continued to lie for the past 2 months. Every Saturday I try to order or come to this place. It's always closed.
This is one of my go to coffee cafes in the neighborhood.

Nothing worse than being hungry and ordering a burrito with bacon to go and then getting home to realize there isn’t any bacon….burrito is flavorless without it.

First visit. Didn't try their food but the beverages and service were terrific - casual, community vibe.

Was going to try breakfast food but got distracted by the pastry case! The butter muffin was delicious, no regrets! Chai was great too!
Very friendly staff.
Finally, a cafe that knows how to make a proper salad!
Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and tasty flavors.
Great vibes, friendly staff — an all-around awesome place to grab a healthy bite and relax. Love their coffee too!
No complaints everything was lovely
I 100% recommend this place! The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and the waffles were amazing. The coffee is great too, with dairy-free options, which is a big plus. And the almond croissant is absolutely to die for! On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!
Cocoalatte is hands down my favorite spot in town!
I absolutely love the vibe of this place – it’s cozy, welcoming, and full of good energy. The staff is always super friendly, which makes it even more special.
My top picks? The waffle sandwich and the Nutella crepe – I’m obsessed! They’re my go-to every single time. I seriously can’t get enough of them.
If you haven’t been to Cocoalatte yet, you’re missing out on a truly amazing experience. I recommend it so much!

Friendly staff and fast paced shop. Prices are average for the area and on the low side as for the quality and the taste.
The breakfast sandwich here is top tier. Big, loaded with bacon, eggs and tomatoes with the right amount of sauce and seasoning. The bun was a hearth but yielding sourdough. Definitely worth a visit. The cappuccino was also amazing and the staff are friendly and fun.
This is a nice small coffee shop, I really recommend their classic BLT (with bacon only) as it's perfection. Coffee and hot cocoa that we ordered were good too, however place interior wise seems to be very simple, regular chairs / tables.. It looks a bit like school dining zone.
If possible I would suggest to improve interior design, but I just may be very picky.
Otherwise it's a nice local coffee shop 😊
Food was fresh and delicious 😋. Staff was so friendly and kind.
Great spot recommended to me by a friend. Cute decor, very friendly family run establishment. I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and it was awesome, as well as a really good latte. Will definitely be back.
