Coffee Exchange is awesome! They should film this place in action and use the video to teach people how to run a coffee shop or businesses in general. Coffee Exchange basically does everything right, not just right but well!
- staff, efficient and welcoming, always the right number of staff for how busy it is
- huge but organized selection, like 12 coffee roasts and types to choose from including exotics like coconut roast or Sumatran, all the espresso based drinks, hot and cold options and seasonal specials, massive but well organized tea selection, lots of pastry choices from bagels to brownies, all delicious
- quality products, everything from the coffees to the baked goods tastes excellent and is always fresh and ready
- freedom! You get to make the coffee how you want with lots of sweetener options and milk/alternatives to choose from
- the price is right on point!
Coffee Exchange might be the best coffee shop in Toronto!

Cheap high quality drip coffee, I always get their vanilla hazelnut and I barely add sweetener and it’s soooo good. It’s also pretty affordable! Sometimes I mix it up and get a bagel or muffin.

They're nice but I just paid $6 for straight up milk tinged. I can't taste even the slightest bit of matcha in my drink

This place is the best!!! I really like the girls that work here, they are so sweet. I spilled my entire coffee all over myself and the floor immediately upon buying it the other day and they were really very kind about it. Coffee is really good too, and somehow they still maintain the pre-inflation prices!!!! This is an anomaly and we much cherish it.

The best cheap (not cheap tasting) coffee store. The flavored lattes are excellent, so many different flavors of drip coffee, and the seasonal drinks are always delicious.

Prices are right too.

Went for a medium sized Java blend coffee for $2.50. Very good coffee. There was a large selection of different choices on offer. Friendly and efficient service.

The best flavoured coffee I have ever had!! The amazing part is you can get the coffee beans and make the same at home(for a person like me who lives in Oshawa and craves for this coffee everyday). A hidden gem.
