This place is the best!!! I really like the girls that work here, they are so sweet. I spilled my entire coffee all over myself and the floor immediately upon buying it the other day and they were really very kind about it. Coffee is really good too, and somehow they still maintain the pre-inflation prices!!!! This is an anomaly and we much cherish it.

I ordered a caramel iced latte and it was only caramel for about 3 minutes. It was then just bitter and sugarless. I expected a sweet but instead of what I thought was unrecognizable and just dumped it in the trash. Sad, I really looked forward to trying this place.
First time ever, ordered a latte & croissant.. never again. This is the most disgusting and bitter latter I have ever tasted. I took one sip and can’t take more. ITS SO BITTER it’s like poison.. there’s definitely something wrong with it because it doesn’t taste normal. As for croissant .. let’s just say it’s very very stale. I’m sorry but what a waste of 8 bucks… I can’t even enjoy what I bought ? It should be illegal to give such a bad quality food to people.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and love the atmosphere, in house desserts and coffee selection. Definitely a place to visit when downtown Windsor. The morning glory cookies, biscotti, s’mores bars and flavoured coffees are a must try ❤️

I've had a consistently disappointing experience with this place. They repeatedly cancel my TGTG order tight at the specified pickup time, which is both unprofessional and frustrating. I've made several unnecessary trips to the store, only to leave empty-handed each time.
What's even more suspicious is that I've noticed a pattern: they cancel my order, it briefly becomes available again, then it immediately sells out. It feels like they might be canceling unknown orders to give them to friends or preferred customers.
