Worst Filipino Restaurant I have dine in. They serve recycled over cooked pork meat for their Tapsilog. The server even told me that their tapsilog is pork meat. I feel like I was scam. Their batchoy is also worst. Pork meat is recycle mix with noodle and soup. Even there wasnt an egg. I strongly dont recommend this Filipino restaurant.

Wow! You'd never guess such bold and comforting flavours would come from such an unassuming store front. Coffee In, despite its name, is no coffee shop-- it is a family-owned Filipino restaurant that serves food either to order, or from a hot table. While the restaurant is easy to miss, you most definitely should not miss it!

We even had a chance to meet and chat with the owners which is always special; they are such hard workers who have made this little piece of home here in Scarborough.

The first time visiting this restaurant, the food looked delicious. I heard the spring rolls were the bomb so I had to try it out for myself. They were made freshed. I got there at 8:45am, which was pretty early. I heard they were sold out fast, so I there early. It was worth it. The spring rolls were 75 cent each. I got 10 and some fried vermicelli noodles delicious. The server packed it up. I had it for 2 days, lol. The prices were decent. I definitely need to go back and try some other items on the menu. The service was great and there was lots of parking in the morning.

Quick and Delicious Filipino Comfort Food for the Whole Family!

I visited this Filipino restaurant with my family, and we all enjoyed a delicious feast together. We shared caldereta, BBQ sticks, rice, egg noodles, and sabaw (Filipino soup), each dish packed with authentic, comforting flavors. The refreshing mango drink was the perfect way to round out our meal.

The best part? Our food arrived super fast, almost before we even sat down! With no wait time and friendly, quick service, it was a great experience for all of us. A perfect spot to enjoy genuine Filipino flavours that the whole family will love!
10/10 would recommend :)

My Dad loves it here, tbh - I’m not sure why.

Ordered the Batchoy. It's an egg noodle dish served in a broth with pork, beef, liver and fried garlic. The price is $15.00. Also ordered the spring roll, it had a pork filling and cost $0.50 each.
The noodles were al dente. I prefer softer noodles as in Vietnamese Pho or Chinese won ton soup. Tbh, it tasted like something I could make at home without putting in any real effort or time. The spring rolls were good though. I probable won't be back.

I ordered longsilog and received tapsilog. Eggs were overcooked. Check your food before leaving. Really disappointed.

Very bad service! One of the server here named “belle” is so rude theres no other customer waiting in line but shes rushing us to order with an annoyed tone asking “anything else?!! Anything else? Anything else?!” We all have our bad day and I understand but don’t give me an attitude when you choose to serve customers, if you dont like serving customers then don’t work in this kind of place. Never coming back to this place!

Best goto in Toronto, only real one if I may add. Their la paz bathcoy is also soooo gooood! I keep coming back for these items ALL THE TIME. This place is so lowkey I only found it when I got lost in the area 5 years ago.

As a non-Filipino, I have to say that Coffee In in Scarborough has quickly become one of my favorite Filipino restaurants. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is matched by their delicious home-style dishes that truly showcase the rich flavors of Filipino cuisine. Their sisig is fantastic—crispy, savory, and packed with flavor. I also love their kare-kare, a hearty oxtail stew with peanut sauce that is simply divine. The generous portions ensure you leave feeling satisfied.

The friendly staff adds to the overall charm of the place, making it a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Filipino comfort food. Highly recommended!
