I stopped going when they switched pastry suppliers. The new pastries taste like cheap margarine and the high prices remained.

Was going to grab a latte here, but was confronted with a board that listed the beverages, but no prices? Seriously? How pretentious can you get? Just write the prices on the board, so we're not forced to ask or guess or just assume if you have to ask, you're not welcome here

A small hole-in-the-wall type coffee shop on Bloor St. near Christie Station. We tried the dalgona latte and regular latte here. They are unique in that they are one of the only coffee shops in downtown that offers dalgona latte, and the lattes has plenty of toffee bits in the latte.

They serve Sam James coffee beans here, which tends to be on the bitter side imo. Overall a cute plate for a coffee/latte when you’re in the area.

Omg their dalgona latte is so good! smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Such a cozy little spot just steps from Christie Station – perfect for a quick coffee break or a slow morning.

Little gem in Christie/ Bathurst neighborhood. There's no seat upon the store , maybe they just open up. But their strawberry matcha is crazy good. Strawberry is really flavorful and even you stir up the matcha. It's taste strawberry in the flavor. Matcha not too bitter, after ice melt both of the flavor still maintain great.

Must say this can rise competition in the neighborhood. Will come back, check out my video if you want to see how's the view in this pretty shop.

$3.50 for luke warm, bottom of the pot coffee? Look, I don’t mind paying more to support a small indie spot rather than go to the Tim’s around the corner, but at least try.

Consistently good coffee, skilled baristas, and handy location make this my neighborhood ‘go-to’. No seating inside but they have a cute little bench outside that is next to a big flower pot.

A quaint little “hole in the wall” coffee shop. There isn’t any place to sit but still perfect for a quick coffee and paistry to go. Tried the dalgona toffee iced latte with one shot of espresso instead of 2 and it was delicious! Also, the employee working on the day I went had the cutest Korean accent and she was so sweet🥰.

Great service and excellent coffee

Cute place. Very small / narrow. Server was direct and we didn’t waste anytime with small talk. I didn’t mind that at all. If you’re looking for a bare bones experience with good coffee, this is your place.

All I wanted was a proper coffee and this place definitely delivered. I didn’t fancy anything else with it so I just enjoyed it whilst I head to the park.

Coffee was decent - but when was the last time you had a bad coffee from an indy shop?

No latte art. Machine and grinder were grody AF. vomit.jpeg

At this price point and given the taste is pretty uniform across shops due to the automatic nature of coffee equipment these days, the difference is really in the service. I’ve tried this shop a bunch and my last visit was the worst. No greeting, sour look on face, and generally uncool vibe. Not where i want to get my treat-to-myself 5$++ coffee. Yikes.

Barista is always chatting it up with whoever is before me so i assume
this shop has its faithful regulars.
