Had a cappuccino and their original everything bagel with egg, cheese and salsa. Pretty hood and made my morning. Its aethetically decorated, quiet with a nice aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. Yes they roast on site. Good visit.

great coffee but bad customer service I’ve worked as barista in a busy coffee shop and there is no need not to be welcoming or at least somewhat kind to customers questions or any reason to slam down a drink when served. Won’t be returning

Although customer service may vary depending on the people behind the bar - espresso beverages are on point. And most important, the in house roasted beans are delish. We travel each week to get the Espresso Corazon fresh roasted!! Delish. Oddly enough I find the drip coffee a bit weak. My husband LOVES the chocolate tart (literally oozes chocolate). They have 1 GF/Vegan treat without sugar (which is Hard to find!) Earth city oat/carrot biscuit. I will keep coming back so long as I'm in Toronto.

Always a joy to come here! Pastries are great, empanadas are great. The person who made my chai latte today was very kind and helped me bring it back to my table. (I walk with a cane and didnt want to drop the cup or saucer.)

Good coffee but was disappointed to see they have a $1 surcharge for non dairy milk, even when it’s not a latte. Plant based milk is better for the planet and is cruelty free. Lactose intolerance is also very common. There are many plant based milk brands that are cheaper than dairy as well. Please consider dropping your surcharge to make plant based milk more accessible! Thank you

This is where I get my daughters vegan treats, her go to are the brownies and cookies. Their lattes are good and they make it hot and fast. I love that they have a roaster in the store. Super friendly people

The staff are always very nice and welcoming. Good coffee and tasty breakfast sandwiches! I like that they serve them with salsa. My only comment would be to either add a second slice of ham or cut it a bit thicker. It's such a thin slice that you almost don't realize it's there. The flavour is still great though.
