As a frequent customer of Colaba, I must say the food tastes good and exceeds expectations! The perfect place for an Indian meal with great customer service. :)

I paid for my order and as she was preparing the order I get asked if I can take the food away instead of a dinein as the tables were not clean and it takes 20 minutes to clean. I asked her where she expects me to eat my food? On the street? Then she allowed me to eat inside on one of the unkept tables. They didn't have the politeness to call me properly when the food was ready. I was told angrily that they close dine in at 830. I have seen kitchens being closed earlier before the customers are kicked out. This is new. They were hostile and I will never go back. You don't want to mess with the people who serve you food

Got a gulab jamun for takeout. Forget a hot jamun, it was not even at room temperature. It was cold as ice. they could atleast have put efforts in re-heating it in the oven. Until now I never had this experience in any restaurant so I did not specify for a hot Jamun. I hope you clarify with customer if they prefer it cold or hot. But honestly any legit restaurant would usually serve it hot or atleast at room temperature. Totally disappointed!
