This place is a VIBE & a half. Had such a great experience with Cold Tea this weekend. Not sure about the other reviews but I had booked booths/bottle service for my birthday and had no issues at all. Huge shout out to our host Veronica who did an amazing job. Her service was on point, flexible and understood everything we needed. We had no issues accessing the washrooms downstairs.
