Giving 5 stars out of resepect though I have not been there myself. Only wanted to advise that the place has suffered significant damage due to fire recently, so it's probably going to be a while before it re-opens.

This place has been around for years and it's a staple in Mimico for the community...when Colin and his wife opened it it was good, they had great food and cheap drinks and an atmosphere that everyone felt apart of...im grateful to have great memories at the dugout...but times change and even though Colin and his wife no longer own it im grateful that the dugout is still serving cheap drinks and an outdoor BBQ and still a staple in mimico ...

This place is terrible. I posted a review on TripAdvisor about the horrible time I had visiting there. An extremely drunk employee (she mentioned this many times very loudly) harassed an elderly patron with a walker first verbally, but then quickly became physically aggressive to the point that other patrons had to step in to prevent violence. Staff did not seem to care at all. They frequently over serve and then step back when it's time to actually perform any real customer service. On the same day, after leaving, a customer outside advised that they harassed a man playing guitar on the patio in the same manner, and again, no staff intervened. This place is a trash hole.

Really negative atmosphere. Clearly over served drunk patrons rude & obnoxious. I would not recommend anyone looking for a good time to come here.
