This is the best Mexican in Toronto, nothing else I’ve tried comes close. They’re famous for their birria tacos, and getting some is a must, and I really enjoyed the cafe de olla. From what I’ve heard, everything else is good.

This is one of the best Mexican food places in Toronto,period. We were confused about the parking at the back of the restaurant. The owner's husband was around and he guided us to the restaurant. The main location is going under construction so their seating is limited to a small area at the moment. It gives off a really homely Mexican vibe. The service is pretty amazing. Everyone working there seems really passionate and they all were friendly and smiling, which makes a huge difference. The lovely lady gave us a lot of options. I try to avoid burritos in authentic Mexican places, but this burrito was amazing. It was a steak burrito and It comes with your sides and a sauce. The chicken tacos are also amazing and they have quite a big portion, so you must be hungry if you want to finish that. The fries were heavenly, they were so crispy on the outside and yet so fluffy from the inside. I really loved it. It was one of the best fries in Toronto that I've ever had. The drinks were also very good. We had a hibiscus lemon drink and a mango drink. Hibiscus was pretty good. The mango drink was really great. This is the perfect place for comforting food and a really chill vibe. The people working there are some of the best parts of the experience. This is on a most recommended list.

Away someone who is underwhelmed and disappointed by hyped places 99% of the time. This place really hit the spot specially with the birria tacos. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the chicken enchiladas. It was kinda bland and just not pleasant. The cheese were good. But the other items and whole experience was good enough to completely ignore that bit for a full authentic Mexican family restaurant .

Best tacos in town! Arrived around 6pm on a Saturday and didn’t have to wait for a gavle. The tacos were super flavourful and filling. We got 5 birria tacos, and mix and match tacos (2 al pastor and 2 carnitas). Food came out super fast too :)

Defiantly an authentic experience. The location is different than a typical entrance might seem, as well as the interior but so original. Could use some updating on the inside. Food couldn't be more flavourful - will be back for sure!
Parking: Had to park down the street by a convenience store, not many options for parking.

Was claimed to be the cities best birria tacos , they were okay, the chicken pastor tacos were better in my opinion . The guacamole was fresh and nice. Touch of tortilla chips for free . Menu prices were not the prices we were charged on ten receipt. Waiter checked on us but as soon as we stopped eating our plates were cleared, felt abit rushed. When we entered , there was no clear communication about how you queue & it was really crammed up as it was a tiny building trying to cater for a high demand of customers .
