Got some "fresh" bread but it was pretty stale. Also got some desserts from the cases and they all tasted old. Place is not what it used to be. They only take cash. I only had USD on me and cashier refused to give me change even thought I gave more than I was supposed to pay.

Place hasn't changed since Ive been coming here since high school. Service is quick and easy when you come here during the witching hours. Love the cash only. Been coming here to pick up my Double veal sandwich late nights before my flights to eat on the plane. The Lasagna is also Amazing.

I went late at night, around midnight, and had the best veal sandwich of my life. Service was a bit off, and the lighting is so dim that the place looks dirty, but totally worth it for the tasty food.

Went in search of a late night veal sandwich and learned this place is open 24 hours. Was surprised to find this little spot in what appeared to be an industrial section. Our sandwiches were okay. Not outstanding. Staff were friendly. Was told that sometimes the line ups are out the door so they must be doing something right! We visited the hot bar and had a choice of panzerotti, chicken, veal parmigiana, rice balls and other Italian cuisine. Mushroom panzerotti was a disappointment. Thin, bland, looked like maybe had been sitting too long. Probably better when freshly made. Veal sandwiches could be ordered hot or sweet. Sauce was good, but overall, mediocre for the price.
