One of the staff was rude to us and claimed we’re racist just because we asked if anyone spoke Spanish here - because the restaurant serves Latino cuisine ! The food was ok, although the wait time was very long
edit: 1. We did not force anyone to speak a language they don’t speak. We spoke English to all the servers
2. We said thank you and please to whoever were serving us. We were polite, did not say a single bad word the entire time even after you blatantly called us racist
3. You, the person replying here, came from the kitchen out of nowhere when we were on our way leaving and accused us of being racist. We never spoke to you or had any interactions prior to that. You weren’t even in the proximity to fully hear our conversations with the front servers
4. Yes, people do go to a pizzeria and try to start a conversation about Italian culture, it’s not as crazy as you think. In fact many would ask about origin of the ingredients, background of the chefs, decorations in the restaurant, etc. It’s called a dining experience. Surprise?
If you didn’t want that to happen, maybe don’t put a ton of cultural decors all around the place and advertise for the authenticity of your food. Simply run your place like McDonald’s. But then don’t complain about not receiving tips because no one tips at McDonald’s. I think you were just angry about that. I don’t regret not tipping someone who called me racist for trying to speak a little Spanish in a Latino restaurant. 🙂

There was this 'european' manager/guy who was extremely xenophobic after we tried to speak spanish inside the place I am not calling cultural appropriation, but your place is called 'Completo', you have a 'Moai' in the entrance and the entire menu is latino
I just wanted to know if there was any spanish speaker inside to have a nice conversation, instead I got this guy harassing me for being latino, the what? are you superior bro? NEVER AGAIN, I don't recommend this place to anyone from the latino community, I get a better service in starbucks and I am not being sarcastic

The burger itself can have more veggies but the meat was fresh so I loved it. The portion of regular fries were huge and Yucca fries were so good too. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Sat down at the patio. It was a such a good vibe. Glad they know what they are doing👍🏽
Mine was Classic burger on too of the menu w beef, upgraded fries. Including 15% tips it was 30 in total

Came for a brunch service.
The staff greeted us right away and extremely friendly. Took a bit long to for them to take our order, but they were apologetic and kind about it.
Food was good, portions were a tad small for the costs. Another big issue was it took a long time for the food to come out, despite it being relatively quiet in the restaurant. Huge variety of options though, and a lot of desserts that can be taken home as well. I’d recommend popping in for brunch if you’re in the area!

Excellent service! The gentleman taking our order paid great attention to detail, kept eye contact with everyone in our group, brought water right away, offered their beer selection, and recommended the tacos with house-made chorizo – 100% spot on! Even after we paid, he continued to check on us, which most places forget to do. Highly recommend!!!

Sad to be writing this but one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining out in a really long time. We suspect they might be racist…
Came into the restaurant for brunch and was promptly seated. We sat around and waited a little bit for menus/water. Nothing was served. No problem, it happens! I waved a waiter down and asked for a menu. It was during this time that another table had come in. We already decided on our order and were waiting for someone to take it. We were completely forgotten. The new table that came in however, were promptly served their waters, menus, and had their orders taken within 10 mins. Again, we had to flag the waiter down…just to order. By the time the waiter took our order, the new table got their food. We were pretty annoyed at this point since there was a clear difference in the service being provided (same waiter). The food took a really long time to come out as well. When our food came out, the table that came in AFTER had finished and paid.
It was really disappointing to be forgotten and served poorly. I would understand if it was busy but there were many empty tables. I really didn’t want to think the worst of this restaurant but can’t help but feel like the people working were racist. The table who was served better was White while our table was fully Asian. Unfortunate especially since this restaurant is located in Chinatown.

Went here for brunch and had the huevos rancheros. It was excellent. The food was fresh and full of flavour, and the portion size was just right. Service was great too — attentive, kind, and felt genuinely human. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality. Looking forward to coming back and trying their sandwiches next time. Definitely worth a visit.
