Our server Rudra made our evening a memorable one. We came for the food but loved the ambiance even more. Just as we were finished with the bill, Rudra proactively asked if it's our anniversary and we realized we didn't even order desserts. To our surprise Rudra asked us to stay for a bit and next thing we know we are having a candle lit chocolate cake slice. Definitely wrapped our evening on a high note and have to commend the effort into making us feel special :)

This is our ‘go to’ place for dinner before the Theatre. Always excellent service and delicious cuisine.

Attended an alumni reunion private event on the weekend that took place at this restaurant. It felt like there were about 100 friends & colleagues in attendance, and the staff did a remarkable job keeping the drinks flowing and replenishing the food. The food was amazing, no complaints at all. Really cool to see the chefs and kitchen staff in action, and the centrally located kitchen for all to see was neat. Ambience was really nice, in good taste.

Would definitely come back another time and see what this place is like for a sit-down meal.

A hidden gem in a beautiful hotel! Love the ambiance and interior design!
My favorite is the shakshuka and duck cofit. The Constantine breakfast is not bad and filling. Wonderful customer service.

The food was delicious and the service was great. There seemed to be a large group celebration so the restaurant was very noisy.

Also the entrance to the restaurant is beside an encampment and there were people lying on the sidewalk and an ambulance attending to the residents. We just about left before we got in.

Everything was great but their pizzas/pastas are must-try! (They have a pizza oven)

We got the Arrabbiata and Seafood Linguine.

Hidden gem. I don't think a lot of people know about this spot. They always have availability (even for larger groups), the food is delicious, and its a very nice atmosphere. If you go for brunch, the lemon ricotta pankcake are amazing!

I have been to Constantine for lunch and cocktails in the bar (great!) several times but this was my first time for dinner.
Food was fantastic as was the wine recommended by our server.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Beautiful ambiance conducive to a relaxed dining experience and easy conversation at a quiet table.
A perfectly delightful evening!

We made a reservation at the bar on a Friday evening and enjoyed our drinks and snacks from the Happy Hour menu. Their Happy Hour runs Monday-Saturday 3-6pm and Sundays 3-10pm and the menu offers cocktails, wine, beer, snacks and pizza.

We ordered “Seasonal Gin & Tonic”, “Red Wine”, “Muhammara & Pita” and “Salmon Crudo”.

The restaurant and bar were less busy and we enjoyed our drinks in a calm atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, small portions. I ordered a pizza and it was good, but just. Pricy for what you get.

We visited Constantine expecting a hearty meal, but unfortunately, the servings were quite small — more like appetizer portions than a full adult meal. The flavors were nice and the atmosphere is great, but for the price, the portions just don’t feel worth it. Not the best value for money, though it could work if you’re more into light bites than a filling dinner. This cod (on video) is worth $36 for that little piece plus $12 side broccoli. The broccolini was a replacement for chorizo because one of us doesn’t eat meat, it was not because of the cod was small. The cod was like a size of an appetiser.

Have had the pleasure of dining at Constantine twice and have loved both experiences. It’s my go-to option for something a little more upscale and curated that still offers options for all preferences. The design of the space is absolutely beautiful and cozy, which really enhances the experience overall. Their servers are kind and knowledgeable, and ready to help you navigate the menu with any dietary restrictions in mind.
I’m a big fan of their pizzas! Their appetizers are also very generous in size. The Brussel sprouts are definitely designed to be shared! Also love that there are mocktail options available for those who don’t drink.
Will definitely keep coming back!

I asked a friend to recommend a Toronto restaurant with good food, service and decor that is quiet enough for serious conversation. Constantine has it all - and a great prix fixe offering that helped offset the high price of wine these days.
