Took myself for a solo dinner and was very impressed by everything. The aperitivo hour offered some amazing deals. I had the mackerel crostini which was a perfect start. (It took a lot self control not to order several more). And finished dinner with their pork chop which was INCREDIBLE. So juicy and the breading and sauce added such nice flavor. Add in the perfectly balanced “Monkey and Bear” cocktail and a hand selected amaro from the bartender and this was the best night...
We really enjoyed our dinner at Contrada. The food and service were excellent. We were seated in the back room. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and felt warm and cozy.
Everything was delicious! The bread to start was chef's kiss. Followed by the spaghetti and pork was the perfect combo to share. To end we had cappuccinos and olive oil cake to share. Will definitely be back again for date night.
