This is our second time to Copacabana. Though this time the experience was not as good as our last. It started with the chairs as they seemed to be very wobbly and loose. Although they replaced the first with another which was better it was still loose. Although the food was as incredible as last time, the service left a lot to be desired. Sometimes we waited for too long before getting meat and we never got some side dishes we ordered, also I had to get up and fetch my own wine glasses after waiting for 20 minutes. It is also fair to say that everything we got was super delicious and the waitress kindly helped us with the cake

The sides were fantastic and server was great. Copacabana has changed tremendously over the years as it seems. We were there on a Saturday and it wasn't super busy but we had to repeatedly ask for someone to bring meat around. We were there from 7:30pm-9:30pm and only were offered meat 3 times (Parmesan steak twice and garlic steak once) we asked for a top sirloin to be brought to our table, it never came.
