Went here yesterday based on reviews and trying to find a good fish store. I needed lump crab for a recipe and came in right when they opened. Fish looked nice and fresh. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention at the front. Finally the third guy made eye contact. I asked for lump crab. That’s when the first guy at the front (I’m guessing the owner) took notice and told the other guy it’s in the back. He finally came back with a frozen 400 gram pkg of crab with no price on it. The guy in the front yelled “it’s $30!” The other guy looked at him and then he repeated that it was $30. I didn’t question it as I had no idea. Came home and googled the brand Luxury. Longos sells it for $20. 400 grams. Never coming back here again.

Some of the best and freshest seafood in Toronto at extremely reasonable prices.I stop by here at least once a week for everything from scallops for crudo to a whole sea bass to grill. The quality of the fish is fantastic whether cooked or flash cured to be eaten raw. The guys behind the counter will descale, gut and even fillet it for you on the spot. Highly recommend.

Coral Sea is truly a hidden gem in Kensington Market.Their pricing is great, and the seafood that is meticulously selected daily for freshness and quality is some of the best you'll find in the city.More importantly, you won't find more knowledgeable staff or better customer service. The guys are tremendously friendly and helpful with each request. It's even become a fixture amongst friends in the neighborhood, and a weekly visit is a must.A fantastic fish market and customer experience, couldn't recommend more.
