Good cookies, but way too sweet to enjoy.

- closed an hour early with no notice
- on another occasion they left the store unattended for 45mins as multiple customers waited out in the cold for prepaid TooGoodToGo orders
consistently disappointing location
Sorry but Tim Horton’s makes better cookies
The cookies smelled buttery and tasted good.

Crispy boy and whisky pecan are my favourites! One of the best things to come out of the pandemic

My favourite cookie place in the city! You cannot go wrong with either location. The texture of the cookies is perfect, as are the amount of mix-ins. Chelsea is the sweetest person so if you’re lucky you may meet her (and her cute dogs) when you visit.

Incredible cookies & friendly service! The Brown Butter Rice Krispie cookies were well worth the wait ?
Best chocolate chip cookies I have had outside of Paris.

Good news is cookies are absolutely delicious and lots of variety. Bad news.. at least when I went with my daughter.. was the lady at the front seemed like she was upset to be there. No smile or enthusiasm. Even when I asked her about the difference between some cookies, she seemed to be a bit annoyed. Service needs an upgrade.

Update: Passed by again 2 years later to give it another shot, and closed once again.
Original: Tried going a couple times during the advertised open hours, but it was closed. Sign was up saying they'd just stepped out for a few minutes, which is why I tried going back later...
Edit: Owner's response is referring to somebody else.

I came in the afternoon on Saturday and bought a snickerdoodle cookie. It tasted stale. It was hard and dry, did not seem fresh at all. The flavor was average. It was not worth the money. There are better cookie shops in Toronto. I won't buy from here again.
A literal 10 outta 10
It doesn’t get any better.

Cookies were certainly tasty (I had the mini egg, tahini, and chocolate chunk). The service was friendly, but the cookies just looked a little ‘home baked’ and less professional than I’d expect for a store, and were much smaller yet the same price as the gourmet cookie places like Chip, Crumbl, etc.
