We went today for the first time because we were at another store nearby. My husband was a little , "meh" on the cookie idea but got 2 butter tart cookies. We bought a dozen in a variety for our household of 6. So far the response has been, "best cookies I've ever had, I will never eat a cookie from anywhere else and we will be going back!"
Cute place, cookies are okay but the customer service was horrendous. Entitled Gen Z attitude but I am sure they need this job. Rude to us, doesn't understand the concept of customer is always right! Shady area as well.

I had white chocolate and cookies and cream today. White chocolate was a bit too salty but both cookies were delicious. Maybe just reduce the salt and it will taste better. ??

Fans of chocolate will appreciate that virtually every cookie here contains chocolate.
So dissapointed in these cookies. Was expecting a uniquely crafted cookie but instead they were just random mashups with little originality or much of a flavor profile. The owners responses to reviews is a turnoff as well.
There are a number of better options out there for your cookie cravings.

Ordered to be delivered on November 14 24 only to be informed that’s the day they release them to Canada post so they are actually coming on the 15 the day after his birthday. 100$ worth of useless cookies, I will never order from Craig’s cookies again. Very unhappy customer, I expected so much better. 0 out of 10
Good cookies, but salty as others have said. The cashiers always look at you like you owe them a tip. They get super moody when you don't tip.

I ordered vegan cookies and they gave me the gummy worm cookies instead. no where anywhere does it mention the cookies with gummy worms are vegan. this was so wrong of the workers
Being from Newfoundland and having the name Craig might make me biased but buy a cookie or a dozen or more and make up your own mind. I personally found all of the flavors I purchased delicious. My propensity for salty foods may have helped.

We got turkey dinner, pumpkin pie, and matcha white chocolate and absolutely love the cookies here.
Bonus points, pair the cookies with a cup of milk.

Not a fan, and I honestly don't understand who would be, other than people that jump on Tik-Tok bandwagons without forming their own opinion about what they're tasting.
The emperor has no clothes. These cookies are god-awful. They taste way too salty. It reminds me of when someone who doesn't know how to bake uses salted rather than unsalted butter because they don't know any better.
I had to spit the cookie out and throw it in the trash, it was so bad.
Must to avoid!

The actual best cookie spot in toronto. Every cookie is tasty, the cookies are chew but not underdone (unlike some other locations), constant and frequent fresh batches, oh and did I mention that they’re really tasty?? Price is also pretty fair.
Pro tip: don’t order a specific cookie because you think you’ll like it more order based off of how recently it came out the oven, all flavours are good but the fresher and warmer the better!

Best cookies in town.
They are all delicious, so choosing just one type is tough.

Nothing special. The cookies are very small and quite salty. Very expensive for what it’s worth.
