The low rating is for the ridiculously overpriced they are. Six cookies for $20 is insanely overpriced.

I got Craig’s cookies like a stones ,given old batch one , so bad .
I popped in looking for something like sea salt caramel brown butter walnuts, or uncommon spice/herbs etc. The closest I found was a soft skor. It was fresh and soft but too sweet, I feel it’s one of those cookies that is really needs to be consumed alongside whole milk or coffee to balance it, no crispy edges for relief, overall not to my preference. However, if you like the style of salted super-sweet all-soft cookies with candy inclusions, there are so many options for you at Craig’s.

Craigs Cookies is my favourite cookie place! Any time I'm in Toronto, I always love to come visit. The staff are very personable and friendly, and the cookies are always so delicious. (I just wish they had Starry Night more - that's my favourite!)

We went today for the first time because we were at another store nearby. My husband was a little , "meh" on the cookie idea but got 2 butter tart cookies. We bought a dozen in a variety for our household of 6. So far the response has been, "best cookies I've ever had, I will never eat a cookie from anywhere else and we will be going back!"

I can only have the gluten friendly ones, so I have to make sure I'm there for those ones (they sell out quickly!), but they are magical.
They have a huge variety for the gluten-eating types, and the looks on my friends' faces tells me they are every bit as delicious as the gf ones.
