I'm reviewing the pop up that they have at The Bay in Sherway Gardens. The person who is running the booth couldn't care less to be there today. I walked up with two other guests and he was sitting slouched over on his phone and didn't even look up. We stood there for a long 15 seconds and I turned around and left.

Eaton Centre Craig's cookies. Don't know what all the hype is about. Cookies we extremely salty. Ate a bite (which is half) threw the rest away. So expensive for a tiny piece of salty Cookie.

My wife and I are from Cleveland Ohio and were vacationing in NOTL. We decided to pick up some Craig Cookies to try one evening. They were absolutely delicious!! Before we headed back to Ohio we made a point to stop in and purchase more cookies. Everyone of them is amazing! Best cookies ever! Our only negative talk about Craig's is that they do not ship to the states. We're already looking forward to visiting Craig's again next time we're in NOTL!

This place is hands down the best possible cookie place or bakery I have went to. Amazing flavor in the classic cookie and a variety of amazing flavors that made me buy 15 of them to share this amazing flavor to everyone. I had to use amazing so many times because of how amazing their food, service, and just vibe is.
I wanted to love these, but they are much too sweet. The chocolate chip regular cookie was good tasting but a bit too sweet. The white chocolate macadamia was overly sweet that we couldn’t finish half of one cookie. Many other reviewers have said as much in terms of the sweetness, perhaps it’s time to take some advice. I wouldn’t go back unless the sugar/sweetness is reduced.

Just meh. The cookies that had oreos tasted very chalky and many of the flavors had burnt and/or an artificial aftertaste. The staff is friendly and I like their LGBTQIA+ swag.

I walked in to the store because of the intoxicating smell. As I entered I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. I asked what was their best seller as it was my first time. I was offered a sample cookie to try. It was the best cookie I have ever eaten. Cookie lovers. This is cookie heaven.

Terrible first time purchase experience. I ordered on the website and got an order confirmation. It was a large order for a party. Order was not delivered as per the date on the order confirmation. I called to complain (voicemail) and instead of a call or email reply, I simply got an email notification that the order is now on its way via Canada Post. TODAY, 2 days after the party…I have no use for all these cookies! Again tried to call but corporate voicemail is full. What a disappointment.
