We went today for the first time because we were at another store nearby. My husband was a little , "meh" on the cookie idea but got 2 butter tart cookies. We bought a dozen in a variety for our household of 6. So far the response has been, "best cookies I've ever had, I will never eat a cookie from anywhere else and we will be going back!"

So I went to Craig‘s cookies yesterday to pick up my daughter 33 cookies for her classroom. We will never deny that Craig’s cookies are absolutely outstanding. The service on the other hand wasn’t that great. Trying to ask questions so I could accommodate allergies not really getting the best answers asking about other options being ignored in a way. Found the person attending me very disinterested in her job and rude. Learn to Smile

I ordered cookies for a work event with delivery on Dec 20 (shipped on 19th) Paid for priority shipping. Ordered did not arrive & delivery date moved out to the 23rd. Contacted merchant and was told there was nothing they would do. I’m not interested in $100 worth of stale cookies.

ill change this review if someone can verify to me that the cookies with the gummy worms are in fact vegan. im starting to think they put whatever non vegan cookies they have in hand in the box when i request vegan cookies. are the cookies with the oreos vegan too? these are the two cookies i get when i order vegan. im starting to think they werent vegan at all

My wife and I are from Cleveland Ohio and were vacationing in NOTL. We decided to pick up some Craig Cookies to try one evening. They were absolutely delicious!! Before we headed back to Ohio we made a point to stop in and purchase more cookies. Everyone of them is amazing! Best cookies ever! Our only negative talk about Craig's is that they do not ship to the states. We're already looking forward to visiting Craig's again next time we're in NOTL!

This is a great little location in our neighborhood. We bought cookies for the kids here for a treat and they’re always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and the location is clean.
I ordered it online with a delivery estimate of less than 20 minutes, but it took an hour! That wouldn't be a problem since delays can happen and sometimes it's not the restaurant’s fault (even though the driver said it was). However, the main issue is that the cookies are not good at all. I wanted to eat a dessert but ended up eating extra salty, small-sized cookies. If your recipe is salty it’s okay, but you should warn your customers, as I am not the only one complaining!
