A must-visit spot if you’re looking for the best cookies around. She has truly brought something special to the city of Windsor with this store.

In town for the weekend, stopped in and grabbed 4 cookies (Twix, brownie, coffee and mars).. hands down very delicious cookies!! Very friendly service, and packing is so cute! Thank you so much:)

Just ordered a dozen vegan cookies and then also came in store to purchase a half dozen regular cookies. I asked the cashier for the promotion of the single chocolate chip cookie and she was very rude and told me I could not receive the promotion as I ordered the vegan cookies online. The only reason I ordered it online was to ensure that the vegan cookies were in stock when I came to pick up (church location cancelled my order earlier today) so I came to this location. As a customer who has been shopping at Craig‘s for many years and supports all their locations for them to not honour the promotion to give me a single cookie really impacted the experience, and I felt the cashier was passive aggressive. She was being very difficult in communication with me. When I asked could you tell me what flavors are in the order I’m picking up she said no she didn’t make them. Unfortunate that their customer service has fallen off. I just spent $60 and couldn’t get good service or my single cookie in store for the promo -

Was going to grab some vegan cookies while holding my 2kg support dog on my arms and they didn’t even let us in! Didn’t bother to ask if my dog is a service animal and just told me that they don’t allow dogs! I informed them that my dog has documents but they didn’t care! Disappointed! Had you on my (want to go) list and now I am never going to visit you at all.

Delicious! The cookies are wonderful, everyone very friendly and nice. not inexpensive, but you taste the quality of the ingredients ( butter, yum!). There's another carrot cake cookie in my future.

We went today for the first time because we were at another store nearby. My husband was a little , "meh" on the cookie idea but got 2 butter tart cookies. We bought a dozen in a variety for our household of 6. So far the response has been, "best cookies I've ever had, I will never eat a cookie from anywhere else and we will be going back!"
