Nestled in a charming corner of the city, Craque de Crème is a delightful escape where every detail feels intentional—from the warm, minimalist ambiance and live torching station to the flawless execution of their innovative crème brûlée creations. I indulged in the bold Viet Coffee Crème Brûlée and a perfectly balanced Vanilla Latte, both executed with precision and creativity that left me craving more. But what truly elevated the visit was the super friendly owner—our conversation flowed effortlessly into deeply intellectual territory, touching on craft, culture, and passion in a way that felt rare and genuine. A cozy gem where exceptional taste meets meaningful connection; I left inspired and already planning my return. ☕🍮

Craque de Créme has been on my go-to list for a while now. We had a great conversation with the owner and he bakes everything in-house.

Now the crème brûlée - delicious! We ordered the Vietnamese coffee and pandan coconut flavours. The caramelized tops on both were surprisingly thick! It took some effort to break into but it was satisfying. The flavours were strong in both. We also ordered the hojicha latte and vanilla latte. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

If you're a fan of creme brulee, this is the only place in Toronto that does the dessert justice. My mother is a huge fan and only wants creme brulee from this cute little shop.

The hot chocolate here is also one of the best I've ever tried.

I've been coming here for the last few years- you can really tell that the owner pours his heart and soul into the desserts offered here. When you order, nothing is simply taken out of the fridge: it is lovingly prepared and packaged.

I also find the owner quirky and unique, and hey, that's part of what makes small businesses super cool to visit over and over again.

It’s mainly a takeout spot with just a few chairs (like 5–6). We tried the pistachio and vanilla crème brûlée. so good! The Belgian waffle was also super tasty and perfectly crispy.

I took my mom here to celebrate her birthday today, and what an amazing place! Some of the tastiest and most unique crème brûlée I’ve ever had, all made in house by one of the unbelievably talented, self-taught owners. The cafe is also stunning, with beautiful decorations and plants all over, and the owners are so lovely and kind. My only regret is not trying this place sooner! Can’t recommend it enough!

The pistachio crème brûlée and the basque cheesecake are sublime!! Note the crème brûlée size is a bit small. Nord Lyon has bigger sizes int terms of quantity but regardless it was still really good!!

I had a wonderful experience here. The cafe latte was perfectly made—smooth, rich, and balanced. The blueberry scones were the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and baked to perfection. Service was quick and genuinely friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

I first tried the classic creme brulee on UberEats and had to come back for more flavors. The pistachio creme brulee was amazing, the lavender honey was tasty but a bit too sweet for me, and the Viet coffee was super yummy and flavorful. Definitely a great spot for a creme brulee lover like me!!

I’m an Uber driver, and I always leave honest reviews for restaurants based on how they treat delivery drivers and others in general. This restaurant has been extremely rude and disrespectful toward Uber drivers.

The way they treat drivers — especially women — is unacceptable. We work hard in heavy traffic, using our own cars and time, often struggling to find parking (which they don’t provide at all), just to pick up their food and deliver it properly to their customers. I’ve delivered their orders many times, always on time and handled with care, yet the way they treat us makes you feel small and disrespected.

There’s one person in particular — a white, heavy-set man — whose attitude is especially unprofessional and condescending. He looks down on drivers as if we are beneath him, which is completely wrong. Many of us are educated, hardworking individuals who are driving for Uber because of the current economic situation, not because we deserve to be treated like we’re less than anyone else.

I love this spot and appreciate the owner - who is an awesome human and so dedicated to his craft. He doesn’t cut corners. Try everything you can, you will not be disappointed!! I recently realized they also make a cold viet coffee and it was sooo good, no surprise.

I had the viet coffee creme brulee, and my partner had the kouign-amann with speculoos on top. Oh my - absolutely delicious! The coffee flavour in the creme brulee was perfect and not overpowering. The owner was also very kind and inviting. Highly recommend.
