I considered it a great place until one of the performers didn’t stop digging and cornering my friend and I during the crowd work. We stood out from the crowd however they kept coming at us. I have been here before and absolutely enjoyed it then on a crowded night. Truly disappointed with my latest visit as I felt a racist behaviour and offensive

I don’t usually write a bad reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others. My experience at this club was honestly awful and left me feeling more hurt than welcomed. The whole point of this club is to feel safe, free, and accepted but instead, I felt judged, dismissed, and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Worst management, I noticed this based on how the place runs, plus she is so rude whenever you ask her a question. The securities were rude and completely uninterested in making people feel comfortable. Instead of celebrating diversity, it felt like they were tearing people down. I left feeling worse about myself than when I came in, which is the exact opposite of what a space like this should do.
This was supposed to be a place for community, joy, and connection, but instead, it was cold, hurtful, and draining. If you value respect and inclusivity, I’d honestly suggest skipping this place. There are better clubs that actually make you feel like you belong. Need new management! Everyone was vaping inside and I couldn’t even breathe, when I complained, manager completely dismissed me.

Honestly, I’m done with the guy at the entrance of Crew and Tangos. He’s the one collecting cover and stamping hands, and every time I go there, there’s some weird, uncomfortable interaction.
Once I gave him a $20 for a $15 cover and he acted like giving me change was optional — basically demanding a tip. Another time, I asked him to break a $20 so I could tip the drag queens, and he looked offended that I wasn’t tipping him. Like… for what? Drag queens are out there performing, putting in work. He’s literally just sitting there, taking money and stamping wrists.
Another time, I had a stamp already, walked back in past the line, showed it to him, and he started yelling and swearing at me in front of everyone. He clearly didn’t see the stamp, but instead of just asking, he jumped straight to being aggressive.
And the worst was on a Sunday — cover was supposed to be free (it even said so on Instagram), and he still tried to charge us $5. Then played dumb when we pointed it out. Like… how many other people did he try that on?
Hey Crew and Tangos — please just pay this guy better so he stops shaking people down for tips. The experience at the door really matters. He’s the first impression of your club, and right now, it’s not a good one

Worst LGBTQ+ club ever.
Female bartender was very rude and seems annoyed, no manager available when we ask for one so we would make a complaint, and securities were aggressive for no reason. Y’all need to do better. Safe space? More like a hot mess.

Terrible experience at Crews & Tangos.
The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for basic customer service. My group and I were kicked out without any explanation, and what made it worse was that unlicensed security guards physically dragged us out. The way we were treated was aggressive, humiliating, and completely unjustified.
This is not how guests should be treated, especially at a space that claims to be inclusive and welcoming for lgbtq+ community. The lack of professionalism and accountability from management was shocking. I would never return, and I hope others think twice before supporting a place that allows this kind of behavior. I see why crews and tangos is going down. Please shut down this place already.

The best nachos ever
Huge shoutout to Angelica for being the absolute BEST bartender, my friends and I adore them!!!! They keep us coming back every weekend ⭐️
really fun drag shows, great music. BUT: 5 shots of tequila and two drinks was 87.50$. bar staff is rude and tip themselves on your order for you. don’t spend your money there definitely go somewhere else first to drink and then just pay the cover.

Dropped by to celebrate my birthday with some of my friends who also share the same birthday as me. Lovely little institution within the Village and worth a visit again!
The drag show was the best part, I'd love to go back and watch it again!

The place can be pretty hit or miss. Either the best night ever or boring depending on what crowd ends up being there. It’s usually pretty busy so employees are pretty frank, which comes off as rude. The drinks are always made good and strong and there’s lots of options for places to dance. Some times it’s cash only bar but other times only card. And the cover is always expensive. Make sure you bring cash!!

Great music and vibe on the dance floor!
paid so much for drinks & cover, then someone threw up on me and my friends from the second floor and they refused to replace our (expensive) barely drunk drinks. like come on man they were cans & bottles :(
