Save your money and taste buds.

Food:
- bland (my Khao soi tasted like coconut milk and oil, fresh roll had no taste other than plain Romaine lettuce)
- the chicken wings tasted raw/gamey. My friend sent the wings back
- low quality beef was used as the braised beef in the Khao soi
- small portions

Customer Service
- very friendly and attentive staff
- it appeared like only 2 servers were working, they were able to handle all tables + an event that was happening

The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. We had the calamari, shrimp rolls, chicken green curry (which had a good spicy kick!) and the chicken pad Thai

I was really disappointed in my meal. When I go to a Thai restaurant I expect Thai level spicy food. I asked the waitress to have my meal made AS SPICY AS POSSIBLE. She said we can make it extra spicy and also bring chilli oil to the table. Well the meal itself had zero spice, and she brought the chilli oil. So then you have to make the food extra oily to get any level of spice. Makes me think the food was not made fresh, that's why there was no peppers cooked into it. The restaurant itself was very cute, but completely empty, so that took away from the fun aspect of going out.

We dropped in for lunch. I could not tell by the name what type of restaurant this was until I saw the menu- Thai. It's rather big in there. Lots of seating. The front of the restaurant has more lighting whereas the back, the lightening is more on the dark side.
A romantic feel. There looks like a dance floor at the back. We ordered 1 order of pad see ew $16.99 and $2 for chicken and $2 for beef. It was delicious, however I wish there was some broccoli and more noodles. We ordered one serving of spring rolls. They were tasty. We then ordered cheese cake for dessert. I found that it was partially frozen 20%, not fully thawed. But it was still tasty and I liked the sauce poured over it. The server was very friendly. The prices are reasonable here. Especially the drinks.|

The service was shocking. the wait on drinks and food was hours and some drinks never came. they even charged us for the drinks that never arrived.

When it came to paying the bill, we were charged multiple times because they kept ‘forgetting’ to add items. They used the excuse that they were busy but the place was practically empty.

Waiters ignored us, they were rude and very unreliable. Would not recommend this place. I would recommend them investing in some more attentive staff.

Service was absolutely appalling. We were in a big group of people. We had to watch people at the bar get served drinks and we waited more than 45 minutes for ours. Staff ignored us constantly for multiple things whether it be asking for the bill or asking for take away containers. And when trying to pay for the bill it took them 3 times for us to finally settled the bill because they kept forgetting to add stuff and were very rude and then tried to charge us for drinks that never came

If you want to wait 2 and half hours for food and drinks to arrive then come here

Good food but let down by terrible service. Drink orders taking 40 minutes for a couple of drinks and some not even being fulfilled at all.

Had to go up to ask for water as we couldn't get anyone's attention, and it wasn't even busy. Asked for 3 to go boxes and they only brought 2. Extremely disappointing.

Crystal Thani really impressed me! We had the khao soi with braised beef and the chicken pad see ew, and both were amazing. Everything was rich, comforting, and full of flavour. With so many hyped Thai spots in Toronto, I wasn’t expecting to be this blown away but it definitely stands out and is worth a visit.

Opentable Diner

We had an absolutely amazing dinner today. As soon as you walk in you get immersed in the mini version of Thailand with all the plants, paintings and decor around. We ordered Tom Yum soup, Pad Kra Prao and the Khao soi, which was the show stopper, as well as the mango sticky rice. Everything sates so well with perfectly balanced flavours and textures from the first to the last bite. Also a great selection for people with allergies and dietary restrictions like gluten free or vegan. Cocktails we also excellent. We got the Passionfruit margarita and the Golden Lotus, which was my favourite. Very well balanced flavours and perfect pairing to the dishes. Service was excellent. Our server Alex was very knowledgeable, charismatic and attentive to the allergies. Can't wait to return again. 110% a must try in Toronto!

I lived in Bangkok for a year. I have spent many years since then trying to find real Thai food.
This may be the only time I’ve ever had a phad grapao/krapow/whatever you want to to call it that’s been legit. The Tom Yum soup was also completely legit as well.

So many places skip details, change things…this is it. Close your eyes, and that phad grapow tastes like a $6 meal eaten off plastic stools in a steamy side alley somewhere in BKK. That’s the proper, 10/10 street food style phad grapow, and it’s unreal.

Whatever y’all are doing over there, please don’t stop, I crave this stuff deep in my bones. I fly to the other side of the planet just to taste these tastes again.

Looking forward to trying your green curry, I hope you manage to work the same magic on that dish. But like, damn, 10/10 no notes on the grapow and tom yum.

Great spot! Went with my homie cuz we both like Thai food and had just caught a show at the theatre across the street. Only to find out the atmosphere in this place is surprisingly romantic. We agreed we gotta bring our girlfriends here next time. The food was firstly beautifuly set but also delicious and the servers were super gracious, i have never drank that much water in my life. Haha i kid, but theyre very attentive and funny and personable. I recommend!!
