terrible pizza
Cucina Cafe at York University is a delightful spot that consistently impresses with its quality and taste. The highlight of my visits is undoubtedly their cheesecake. I always find myself coming back for this creamy, decadent treat, which is, in my opinion, the best in the area.
Besides the cheesecake, Cucina offers a diverse menu with several standout items. The vegetarian pasta is a flavorful and satisfying option, perfect for a hearty meal. The cheese pizza is another reliable choice, offering a classic taste with a well-made crust and generous cheese topping.
The bruschetta at Cucina is also worth mentioning. It features fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors, making it an excellent appetizer. The ambiance of the cafe is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual lunches and relaxed study sessions. Overall, Cucina is a must-visit for anyone at York University looking for delicious food and a pleasant cafe experience.

18$ for half a bowl of chicken Alfredo with the worst chicken i’ve eaten. Plus we had to wait 15 mins for it

I think when you order through Uber Eats it's worse? Missing drink and my add on to my pasta we're mushrooms 🍄 charged $2 for that and got a few pieces. I asked for cheese on the side and got a speck...
Otherwise, the pasta was cooked and tasted good. Thank you
50 cents extra for a plastic cup is crazy. The beer isnt good either.

I don't usually write reviews like that, but I just spent $17.89 on oily, tasteless microwave pasta. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere worthy.

Decent place, alright atmosphere when you're just relaxing with a pint. Food is pricy, and portions are SMALL.Biggest hurdle is whether they bother to open on time. Hours say open at 10, it's after 11 and they're closed. Lights on finally but still closed. Can't rely on this place.

The food quality is just awful. This is perhaps the lowest quality “Italian” food I’ve ever had.

Expensive. Ended up paying $17 for pomodoro and added steak. The pomodoro was very good tho. Ceasar salad was below average. The price should be lower

Ok food, but surrounded by better food. Garlic bread barely had any flavor, pepperoni tasted weird.

Hair in my food. They forgot I ordered a drink and as I was trying to tell them I ordered a drink the chef came over and assumed I was complaining about the EXTRA sauce I paid for (that I didn’t even get so I paid for nothing) though I was trying to let them know I ordered a drink. Was not very nice and how are you going to work in food service and not know who ordered what.

Got the spicy pomodoro with zucchini noodles, it’s PKU friendly and tasted really great!!! I’ll have to admit it is on the pricey side tho for what you get, hope they can accommodate that given its a campus food place and clients are all university students.
