Decent place, alright atmosphere when you're just relaxing with a pint. Food is pricy, and portions are SMALL.Biggest hurdle is whether they bother to open on time. Hours say open at 10, it's after 11 and they're closed. Lights on finally but still closed. Can't rely on this place.

The food quality is just awful. This is perhaps the lowest quality “Italian” food I’ve ever had.

Ok food, but surrounded by better food. Garlic bread barely had any flavor, pepperoni tasted weird.

Expensive. Ended up paying $17 for pomodoro and added steak. The pomodoro was very good tho. Ceasar salad was below average. The price should be

Hair in my food. They forgot I ordered a drink and as I was trying to tell them I ordered a drink the chef came over and assumed I was complaining about the EXTRA sauce I paid for (that I didn’t even get so I paid for nothing) though I was trying to let them know I ordered a drink. Was not very nice and how are you going to work in food service and not know who ordered what.

Food is good, atmosphere would have been greater if the song selection was nicer. Some songs kills the vibe in the night :/

Do not eat here. The food is way too overpriced and it felt like it bought from a dollar store. I ordered a chicken Alfredo for $15 dollars that felt like it costed less than a dollar, it was awful.I ordered a combo with a salad except it didn’t came with the salad and the server refused to give me the salad! The bowls and plates used for this restaurant felt like those cheap plastic bowls you get when buying ramen noodle that you cook at home.Strongly do not recommend eating here. Every other restaurant in York lanes is better.

Food is just not good. Even then, I went for the third time, but they refused me service because I have allergies (Regardless of what my allergies were and what the food was). This is ILLEGAL under the Human Rights Act, and discrimination against my physical abilities. They should already know this. I've never had this happen to me in any other establishment. This was so disappointing.

The service and pasta were good overall but not exceptional, however the quantities are a bit small for the price. I also found a hair in my plate, so I would not recommend this place. Expensive and not impressive.

I came for dinner with low expectations and indeed received a very small portion of pasta bacon Alfredo for the price I paid. It’s a shame because it was good enough. Not coming back.
Super friendly staff and lovely interiors. Food is healthier than most options at York Lanes. I’d go again!

Got the spicy pomodoro with zucchini noodles, it’s PKU friendly and tasted really great!!! I’ll have to admit it is on the pricey side tho for what you get, hope they can accommodate that given its a campus food place and clients are all university students.

We asked for two chicken alfredos but the woman working said that we couldn't get it because it was over $30 and said she could not charge that on a school meal plan card. Then, when asked if we could order each one as a separate order, she said no and told us we could only get a plain alfredo, refusing to serve us anything else. I have been here before and faced no issues, but with new staff my experience here has been awful. Additionally, the staff was very rude and overall ruined the image of this place for me.

The food is always fresh and amazing! Favourite spot for many York students!
