As a health conscious eater, I loved the chicken with 2 salad options and 5 choices of veggies/fruits (lots of variety!) and parboiled rice! I especially love the parboiled rice which isn't usually served in a health food place. I will most definitely go back. Everything was tasty, colourful, and fresh. The portion was also great for the price! Keep it up! Wish they opened more locations including at Eaton Centre.

Edit: I went here for a second time. Some of the food selections (like the mangoes) wasn’t as fresh but overall, I still enjoyed it. The second photo is of the second time I had the chicken bowl (presented in a neater way than the first photo (which looks kind of messy as I mixed the food together).

Flavours were nice and employee was kind. However the rice had several grains that were stale and rock hard. Became tough to eat without combing through my bowl.

Got the smoothie with kale, avocado and pineapple. The counter attendant dug through the spring mix that was sitting on the counter for salads to find exactly four leaves of "kale" to put in the smoothie. They did add a whole half an avocado which was great but it didn't taste like pineapple or kale at all. It tasted like almond milk, avocado and maybe lettuce.

I was given the wrong order even though I informed the employee multiple times as she was making my order that she was preparing the wrong item. On top of this, the food gave me food poisoning shortly after eating and I was hospitalized. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ordered a chicken pesto wrap from this place, you know trying to eat healthy. The employee looked on the menu board to see what goes into the wrap.

First thing I requested was “no red onions.” What does she do, touched the red onions. Had to stop her and said again, “no red onions.”

Then she grabs the roasted red peppers (cross contamination but whatever) and finally puts the wrap together. Then grills it, wrapped it like it was a shawarma (legit) and asked her to double wrap it for me.

Within 30 minutes of me eating this wrap, my stomach starts the weird noises etc and immediately I know that something is not ok. An hour goes by, boom full on food poisoning. Had to leave work for the rest of the day, and missed the next day at work. I’m not sure if they properly store the food overnight, however I would be very cautious about grabbing lunch from this place if I were you the reader. As for myself, I’ll go to the smoothie place on the other side and get a smoothie from there instead. Stay safe yall

First off the employee was nice. However, it took a LONG time to get served. The smoothie also had barely any berries and spinach and was mostly their milk and yogurt.Could be a lot better.

Waited 10 minutes to place an order, when I finally did, I informed that I cannot have dairy. I asked 3 times if the sauce was vegan, the owner insisted it was vegan. I decided to check online and in fact it is not.

Cultures is located In the cafeteria at Duffrin Mall beside the body shop and Pandora store. This food company is healthy and reminds me of chipotle. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken plus avocado sandwich and it’s amazing. The price of food is more expensive but you’re paying for a quality Whole Foods. I recommend this food place to anyone who loves healthy food.

The gentleman that served us was very nice and very attentive when preparing our food. Favorite spot in dufferin mall for food.

Cultures have the most amazing smoothies because of their delicious soft serve frozen yogurt. Over the weekend I was at this location and I saw the employee scooping frozen yogurt and it just didn't click in that something wasn't quite right until I took a sip. Yuck! If your soft sever machine isn't working, tell your customer first before they pay for something they don't want!! That's just common decency. Especially since we can't eat or drink in the mall so we can't try anything until we're out of the building and to get back in, I would have had to of lined up outside for another 30min!
