A good concept thats not well executed

The food:
Tuna pani puri - good flavor but couldn’t taste the tuna.
Masala wings - definitely not “hakka” tasted like honey garlic with some spices. The chicken had a flavor of old frozen chicken
The samosa - great crisp and well filled. However the filling was mushy and didn’t taste the cheese curds
Garlic roomali roti - bland and no flavor
Stuffed paneer - the gravy...
We did the Blue Moon and Pepper experience. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish is well thought out as the heat rises in each dish until you try the lamb stuffed scotch bonnet. Though this is not their regular menu if this is what to expect from this restaurant we will definitely be back to try the regular menu. We loved everything. My husband tried the vegan menu and I the regular menu we ended up sharing everything because we couldn’t decide what was better....

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, initially drawn in by its intriguing name. A quick glance at the menu made it nearly impossible not to give it a try even though it meant a 45-minute drive. To avoid traffic and the dinner rush, I chose to visit on a Monday evening.
