I ordered a crepe late night from this location on Dec 10th via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the bananas slices used were cold and hard, as if an unripe banana was used in place of a ripe banana slices. Also the nutella spread was not appropriately used. Taste was not appetizing to say the least. 1 star overall. Markham location Dspot seems to be doing better job in serving their customers.

literally, she misinformed me about my order and charged me extra for the ice cream by “accident”, preceded to tell me that she can refund. after waiting in line, they tell me, that they couldn’t refund because they don’t have the change/cash. it was a $6 surcharge for no reason. His name was Neelesh. Poor service for me and the guys standing in line, in front of me as well because they didn’t have the change to process the order.
