Amazing and fast service

A bit pricey but overall great desserts

Worst customer service ever! Indian guy with glasses, rushing us, we were trying to order 2 ice cream(one cup, one cone), after we ordered one he rushed us to the cash before we can order the second. Then he wouldn't give us the proper pricing, just rushing us. Highly not recommend this place. Leaves a bad taste and experience. 🤢. I don't understand why these people hire people who don't want to work.

Strawberry shortcake was literally sooo good!!! The Shakey Shakey milkshake was also really nice. Siddika suggested the short cake and she was honestly so sweet, amazing customer service at the front. Best service overall 💗

This place will give you diabetes....they put waaaay too much sugar in their sweets

I tried Depot’s Heat D Spot and it was disappointing. The waffle and ice cream combo was extremely dry, and the small amount of ice cream didn’t help. We asked the staff for a little extra on the side, but they said they couldn’t do anything. For a signature dish, the quality and service really missed the mark.

Came across a fb ad for bogo classic strawberry funnel cake. It was very good and the staff were very friendly. It came out so quick, within 5-10m. I feel like the tray and plastic plate kind of take away from the dining experience. This location is not a table service restaurant so you have to go pick up your food when its ready.

Waited forever for the order to be taken , didn’t understand allergy questions - portions were so small and the prices steep- ( even with the BOGO event ) . Very over priced - will not return . ( red deer location)

Terrible service. Our waiter couldn’t care less about his job. Ordered 2 croffles and 2 milkshakes. Waited 15 minutes for for croffles then another 15 minutes for milkshakes and that was because we had to ask how much longer. They were obviously sitting out for 15 minutes because they were room temperature and separating. Never again!

We visited this place during the night and service was great. However, the cake tasted old. We had expected it in a dine-in bowl with a great presentation, but they gave it in a takeout box. Frankly, this was the first time in all my visits to Dspot that the food tasted odd, and the presentation was poor.
