Service followed standard timelines.
I would never recommend DQ for cakes. Despite keeping it in the fridge as soon as I bought it home (DQ is just 3 km from my house) in winter and snow, it melted when I took it out to cut at midnight of Christmas. So, this time, no cake cutting at midnight for Christmas for the first time in my life.
Staff kept things well organized.
Chilliwack bc young rd location is serving blended soft serve listed as ‘sugar cookie’
The food was great the atmosphere was mid and the staff were kinda rude

The place was dirty and smelled like smoke. Service was poor. Waited 30 min for food and was made incorrectly. The staff were not friendly and didn’t have good customer service. Very disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dairy Queen. After getting my food, I discovered what looked like to me a baby roach (or a similar type of bug) at the bottom of my burger box running around. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any restaurant.
I immediately went inside to let the staff know and received a refund, which I do appreciate. However, the experience completely ruined my appetite and made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment.
People should be very careful eating here — this was not just a minor issue but a serious hygiene concern. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses their sanitation practices before serving any more customers.

after ordering a medium blizzard and being handed a cup that was 3/4 full(a medium)... I complained. . they added some icecream and no joke it barely filled the glass. you guys used to be good.. nice to see you are doing everything you can to rip off your customers.
Absolute fake advertising!!! Locally have billboards, local radio and tv ads but when you go there they say the offer isn’t available at that prize! Scam artists!!! Will never support again.

not one bit of fudge in entire box of $25 buster bars. Never again.
I was there for the first time yesterday and location was topsail rd, St.Johns, NL and where do I start. Service was not friendly, lights were off in kitchen, food was not what I expected and let’s not talk about the cleanliness because there was none. Floors, chairs, tables, gross. Garbage overfilling, and the bathroom was disgusting. Not a great first time experience. Definitely not going back.
what a scam. came in with my toddler for free cone day and they said unless you already had the app a day ago there would be no free cone, and management denied making it right. so many people in the line were told the same thing just while I was there... so you had an entire day that you lured people in with their kids for free cones and then were forced to pay..? seems like a cash grab, wonder how much Dairy Queen made on that one. terrible customer service.
Well, not a free ice-cream cone day at this Grassland Regina location. Their app crashed and even though we showed them the problem, they won't just give away what was promised. False advertising!!! It wasn't just us, it happened to multiple families. Disappointed kids were leaving the store one after another. All of them heading to McDonald's. If this was a McDonald's promo, I bet they'll hold up to what they promise. Specially when its their app that crashed.
have your app work for a promotion! you need an app for "free cone day" but when there is clearly a severe side issue so you can't get it. I waited in line thinking they would honor it if I showed them that app is down. nope, no free ice cream cone.
