what a scam. came in with my toddler for free cone day and they said unless you already had the app a day ago there would be no free cone, and management denied making it right. so many people in the line were told the same thing just while I was there... so you had an entire day that you lured people in with their kids for free cones and then were forced to pay..? seems like a cash grab, wonder how much Dairy Queen made on that one. terrible customer service.

Well, not a free ice-cream cone day at this Grassland Regina location. Their app crashed and even though we showed them the problem, they won't just give away what was promised. False advertising!!! It wasn't just us, it happened to multiple families. Disappointed kids were leaving the store one after another. All of them heading to McDonald's. If this was a McDonald's promo, I bet they'll hold up to what they promise. Specially when its their app that crashed.

On order apps (such as UberEats), they advertise combos and then charge extra for *required* upcharges. For example, fries or poutine. There's a "large" fry listed but no "regular" fry, so I think it's just a lack of competence.
If they can't set up order apps properly, I don't trust them to prepare my food.

Love coming here. The staff are so nice and tons of seating. Got 2 cheese burger combos that come with fries,drink and small sundae for $12?! Where in Toronto can you get 2 meals for that cheap?! Food came out fast, was hot and tasty, the fries were meh, but I was there for the sundae. I loved the sundae hot fudge..oh lord it was good.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, re-did the parking lot to increase space and Ramps, wheelchair seating inside and outside in the patio.

Juhi and manager Sunnite made my day, they promptly helped me when the app glitched out and I almost got charged an extra 5$ for a dessert. They made it right with ease!
I would give zero if I can. Today Sunday, October 13th 2024 around from 1230 pm until 1pm, Three friends went to this place to buy a cake. We picked up a cake and asked the lady to write "happy honeymoon" on the cake. She looked laughed at us. We looked each other and preferred to keep silence. Approximately about after 30 minutes the cake started to melt. We started to cut the cake. 100% It's not a cake, it was frozen icecream with very hard like granola stuff. We realized that that's why the customer service laughed at us instead of try to help us or explain to choose the right cake.

Got a great deal, $2 small blizzard! Having the app definitely pays off....moreso than most other fast food chains.
I ordered poutine and gravy tasted like few days old and they put so much gravy on fries. All I could taste was gravy, no fries or cheese curds. I have been to so many DQ locations but this was my worst food experience. I asked few questions about menu items to employees and they seem to be confused about the menu items too. Never going back to this location ever.

Ordered uber eats and was missing an item. That item being the blizzard. Ridiculous when you order something and they can’t even do it right. Ridiculous that employees cannot do their job properly nowadays. Won’t order from this location anymore since clearly employees cannot satisfy orders properly or take proper direction to do so.

Tried to pick up dinner while my wife is in hospice care, no food available for families. Have been using many restaurants in area and have been generally satisfied until now. Waited so long for food staff threw $5 coupon in bag to try to make up for delay. Food was lukewarm and underwhelming. Asked for spicy chicken sandwich, got sandwich with no spice. Also more than $30 for small chicken strips, non spicy chicken combo. Wrong order, average food that was just warm, excessive delay in getting order all for more than $30. Gotta say it was a big miss.
