When did the food get so small? I ordered a 6 chicken strip basket and I probably received 3 strips worth of chicken.

Worst experience ordering their tuesday special chicken tenders, rock hard slauthethred in sauce, my sister broke her retainer eating this crap i go back inside store to let them know about this problem the guys made me repeat my complaint three times to several different people this was humiliating and unacceptable to be made a laughing stock of, serving expired food and laughing about it is not okay, broken retainer sharp piece of metal in my sisters mouth who cares not my problem is the attitude these guys have and would not appolagize,for this hardship and mockery, had to repeat my story to three different people come on, whats is this tuesday night entertainmrnt ?

Nobody ahead of me in line. Had my blizzard i about 30 seconds. Took 10 minutes for one cheeseburger... and I watched the cook put it in the microwave after wrapping it up???

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful – great service!

We have visited twice to buy slushies, but, the machine has been broken. We will not waste our time doing that, again. Thankfully we were able to get shakes.

We joked that their slushie machine is like McDonald's, always broken.

The young lady at the cash is pleasant. The wait is reasonable.

Love this DQ! Super friendly staff, quick service, quality quality product. And the atmosphere - patio overlooking the Toronto skyline and sunset. Great location and could not recommend this spot more!

Very busy spot cause there is one in the area! There are never many servers 3 at most. Seems like the evening are the busiest times. Or the time we went have been busy. Lines up to the door or outside. I know the workers are doing their absolute best. Customers are very patient. They do have alot of urbers pick up as well. Service is good. Parking is horrible. The prices have gone up a mini is 5.29 plus tax.

Need to add bike parking/locks outside. Had to lock onto the natural gas. They have a sign that says no bikes inside but like… where are they supposed to go?

We ordered on the app prior to arriving and didn't have to wait too long to pick up our order. Enjoyed the outdoor tables adjacent to the parking lot with a view of Pottery Road. We tried the new limited time blizzard with Reese's peanut butter cups, chocolate and salted caramel truffles. It would have been better with more or larger pieces of caramel, as the peanut butter flavour tends to overpower the blizzard, otherwise it was a nice treat.
