Best soft icecream for kids, natural flavour, great taste, not too cold and just right to enjoy. Orange Julius is the closest I've had to the original Orange Julep in Montreal and worth a try.

Beware of contaminated food! I ordered a (peanut-free) blizzard, and ended up with an anaphylactic reaction. I have an allergy to peanuts and had ordered that exact same blizzard before without any problems. It could have been very dangerous for someone with a more severe allergy. I spoke with the manager who assured me that my blizzard was made exactly right and there was no mixup of ingredients. This either means that safe food handling is not practiced here or the ingredients themselves are contaminated. It may be a larger problem, like a supplier issue. I reached out to Dairy Queen’s customer service to caution them of the risks they are putting their customers in and am waiting for a response. In the meantime, I must warn anyone with food sensitivities to stay away from Dairy Queen as their ingredients may be compromised with peanuts or other things. Please get your ice cream fix elsewhere, like McDonald’s or Wendy’s, which are both just down the road.

The managers here are very respectful to those that respect them/dont SWEAR at them! we used a coupon and they served us as quickly as possible. I was there during the incident that Priyanka left a review (down below), that is far from the truth. If youre going to post a review, post A TRUTHFUL REVIEW. :)

Manager was so racist & acted like I don't know anything about the order, DQ policy says you get free birthday Blizzard, Manager's saying DQ canada doesn't offer that, I showed it on the first page of the app, she still ignored & behaved aggressively..!

I went to buy icecream cake today, extremely rude staff, no hygiene maintained, not trained enough how to treat the customer, this was my first time to buy the cake but she was literally rolling eyes when I asked her any question regarding cake, totally impatient. Would never go again.
I wish i can give 0 out of 5 stars!! I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. On September 20th at 10:45 PM, I called and spoke to a lady who told me to come before closing time. I arrived before they closed, but the door was never opened, and my calls went unanswered. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would advise no one to ever visit this establishment again.
