We always come here and do the drive thru. The service is quick and the servers are friendly. Wait time was about 5-7minutes. We ordered the strawberry sundae and the peanut buster parfait. Not all Dairy queens have the drive thru but I’m glad this one does.

Store is clean and ice cream is good. However the cashier is not so experienced, she doesnt know how to add a dipped topping to a vanilla cone. also other associates don't seem very friendly. denison store is so much better

Incredible experience. I was greeted with a smile. They even looked up while working. Very clean environment. The team was patient and explained my options to me. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this location, and they have a drive thru.

Staff was super rude and not welcoming at all. They treated customers like they were being held at gun point and forced to serve them. All staff should be retrained in customer service skills, specifically on how to treat other people. Is this what Dairy Queen wishes to be seen as? Not a fan of this fast food. 👎 Hopefully something is done to fix this, other than an automated robot response to fill out a survey.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. From the moment I walked in, the employees made it clear they didn’t want to be there. No greetings, no smiles, just standing around like they were being forced to work. The lack of customer service was honestly shocking.
When there was an issue with my order, I had to go as far as contacting the franchise owner, who unfortunately was just as unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift the blame onto me and showed zero willingness to accommodate or understand the situation.
Overall, the staff and management were not welcoming, not accommodating, and certainly not professional. If something goes wrong with your order here, you’re out of luck. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
