I placed a custom cake order for pickup at 5pm and when I arrived at 5:30pm it wasn’t ready - no message was on the cake and it took an additional 15 minutes for it to be finished and boxed… Not only that but the message looked like it was written by a child. I would save the $60 and write on the cake yourself… They also said refunds could only be made in person with cash even though I used a credit card to order and overall the service was terrible and the people were rude.

That was fast! Sept 18/24- hopped off the streetcar to walk a bit further but it’s worth it! Your pumpkin blizzard was delicious! I came here after exploring Toronto and it was an excellent way to end my trip!
Parking: Couldn’t find the lot so I assume there’s no or street parking

Ordered a small dip cone and they ended up accidentally giving it to a guy who ordered a medium which is fine but I asked for another one because he had already touched the ice cream. Both workers looked at me weird for asking that and reluctantly gave me a new ice cream. One of them then instructed me to be more attentive next time which I thought was uncalled for because I heard my order but they gave the ice cream to the man before I could walk over to the counter. How was I supposed to know he ordered a medium and not a small anyways? Idk kind of uncalled for so I'm giving it 2 stars.

The most rude, uncaring staff I have ever encountered anywhere in my life. I’ve tried going to this DQ 3 times over the past 2-3 months when they’ve had some sort of promotion and every single time the staff has found a way to make it so that 1) I don’t get the promotion 2) I leave feeling disappointed all while they are just laughing and having the time of their life denying me. This location imposes all sorts of other rules and gimmicks that no other DQ would. “Oh our scanner isn’t working sorry” or “Oh if there’s a promo you have to pay cash” or “oh if it’s not showing up in the app then I can’t help you” — this is the only place I truly hope and pray goes bankrupt and out of business because they truly deserve it.

When sundaes are listed as Chocolate Sundae, Strawberry Sundae, etc. and it also says "one topping" at the top of the menu, does the chocolate or strawberry count as the one topping?
Why say one topping at all if the flavour is already in the name and counts as the topping?
I think they used to give, say, peanuts for free in addition to the flavour topping but stopped. And rather than change the sign (with a piece of tape even), they just say the flavour is the one topping.
I asked the manager about the logic of this and she just said "peanuts extra" and then ignored me.

This place charges an exuberant amount for their products. Example large shake at DQ At Broadview ave and Pottery rd 6.49$ Over inflated price of 8.19 at this location And cashier didn't give me the right change. She must be new as she didn't even know the value of the coins..

My rating: 8.5/10. If you’ve been to Dairy Queen before, you know what you’re getting. I like Dairy Queen ice cream, and it’s always pretty consistent, nothing different here. The staff at this location are very friendly and do a good job. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, and there isn’t too much seating space, especially for groups bigger than 3. I appreciate that they are open late so I can go for a late night treat. Nothing surprising here. Will definitely continue to go, as I love their desserts.
Vegetarian options: All the desserts are vegetarian. They serve burgers and fries too, but I wouldn’t go there for anything but ice cream.
Dietary restrictions: They may be able to accommodate dietary restrictions, but definitely don’t go for dessert if you are lactose intolerant.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid and family friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a large step up to the front entrance, which is not very accessible, and there is a back entrance through the mall but I think you have to go up a step or two to get into the mall as well.
