If i had option i would have gave this place 0 stars went there to pick up a order around 7:30pm on Sep 29 . 2 people were working there. Female employees was wearing AirPods and she was extremely rude. i asked her 2 times but she never replied and other guy said go to the counter wait for the lady to give the order. I went there and there was nothing. Then lady walked towards the fridge and gave me the order. I Told them to be more humble and improve there customer service. And they gave me a dislike just for thar.

Stingy location, won't allow substitutions and barely gave any sauce! Smaller portions too than other locations! They were good in the past, trending the Wrong way!

I’ve been in a rough stretch of life recently. My girlfriend just broke up with me (cuz she said I’m a loser or whatever) and I wanted to indulge myself with some DQ. The staff were all really nice about it and were very good with the toppings. Silver, one of the workers there, even consoled me about my breakup and made me feel a lot better about myself. Overall, I had an awesome experience and I will definitely be coming back to this DQ location in the future.

I placed a custom cake order for pickup at 5pm and when I arrived at 5:30pm it wasn’t ready - no message was on the cake and it took an additional 15 minutes for it to be finished and boxed… Not only that but the message looked like it was written by a child. I would save the $60 and write on the cake yourself… They also said refunds could only be made in person with cash even though I used a credit card to order and overall the service was terrible and the people were rude.
I miss McDonald's chocolate cones and buy them from time to time. Ice cream is expensive, but it's as delicious as it is expensive and there's a lot of it.

That was fast! Sept 18/24- hopped off the streetcar to walk a bit further but it’s worth it! Your pumpkin blizzard was delicious! I came here after exploring Toronto and it was an excellent way to end my trip!
Parking: Couldn’t find the lot so I assume there’s no or street parking

Ordered a small dip cone and they ended up accidentally giving it to a guy who ordered a medium which is fine but I asked for another one because he had already touched the ice cream. Both workers looked at me weird for asking that and reluctantly gave me a new ice cream. One of them then instructed me to be more attentive next time which I thought was uncalled for because I heard my order but they gave the ice cream to the man before I could walk over to the counter. How was I supposed to know he ordered a medium and not a small anyways? Idk kind of uncalled for so I'm giving it 2 stars.
