Ordered an ice cream cake with a photo printed on it. I ordered it last second it turned out great! The owner Shewta was very helpful with process. She wasn’t at the shop when I called and came to help make sure my order was completed on the timeline I had. She then was very helpful with getting the cake delivered to the proper location! It was great customer service experience!

I ordered a birthday cake for my birthday and it came out amazing. They really paid attention to detail and did their absolute best to make it the same as the reference. While telling them the details they really paid attention and even mixed colours to make it pastel! Overall the best customer service and very well done

They have pretzels with zesty queso on the menu board but apparently you can't get the zesty queso.Not friendly service, I think the young lady would rather be elsewhere. Not looking for the red carpet and rose petals treatment, but, I think she really was bothered having to come to the front and take out order. Clean space. Not much seating considering the space. No washroom.

Don’t order from here. They set their radius on doordash over 10km and send it out knowing the ice cream will melt. Cheap franchisee, trying to scrape every penny from people and not caring about customer satisfaction. And if they tell you they don’t control their doordash radius, they’re lying. They set it. They choose how far to send the ice cream
