Yesterday I ordered pork belly, boneless short ribs, and cold noodles at Daldongnae. After the meal, I experienced severe stomach irritation and nausea throughout the night and continuing into today. I did not eat any other food after dining at your restaurant.

I wanted to bring this to your attention.

What a great place to eat and enjoy your outing! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! The food is amazing and everything feels so authentic. Highly recommended for Korean bbq! The kimchi pancakes were amazing as well

This place is awesome, the design reminds me of an old Korean village. The food was delicious we got the short rib and one of the marinated beef dishes and omg 😯 so good . I love short rib but the marinated one one just better. Service was great and attentive 10/10 will be back again. Who doesn't love grilled meat, beer and soju

at bit pricy but the food is worth it! absolutely delicious. the staff are really nice and helpful too. everyone was having fun so it was a bit loud in the restaurant, but the atmosphere was still great.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst Korean BBQ experiences I have ever had and I have been to many. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Drinks, cutlery, tongs, and even the side dishes that were clearly included with our meal had to be requested repeatedly. Nothing was provided proactively, and simple tasks seemed to frustrate the staff rather than being handled efficiently.

Throughout our visit, it became painfully clear that the staff had no concept of what good service looks like. Requests were met with indifference, inattentiveness, and in some instances, outright rudeness. Basic hospitality, which every restaurant should offer as standard, was completely absent. My co-workers and I were left repeatedly reminding staff to bring items that should have been on the table without asking, making the meal more stressful than enjoyable.

If this is the restaurant’s standard, they should be embarrassed. It is unacceptable to to open your doors to customers while simultaneously providing service that is inattentive, careless, and dismissive. There are countless Korean BBQ restaurants nearby that manage to combine good food with competent, courteous service!!! THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!! Do yourself a favour by avoiding the frustration, and dine somewhere that actually understands how to treat its patrons with basic respect. Oh, and to the waiter who randomly brought up that they can only do one bill unprovoked in the most condescending tone imaginable job well done! You are the reason this review exists.

I’m a black American man my boyfriend is Canadian the were very racist and made me feel very uncomfortable the atmosphere didn’t sit very well with me because of that and it felt like they didn’t want me there and they did not want to service me I barely ate anything there I ate 1 piece of meat out of the entire meal and I was charged more than 90$ for food I never even ate or touched at all they were giving us dirty looks when we first got out food the waiter that bought the food wasn’t polite at all and I would never heard well Simone to come to this place again the food looks very good but I don’t think it’s worth my self respect or anyone else’s I would never recommend anyone that I know to go this this restaurant or any of their locations and I will make sure everyone I know, knows not to come to this place and I will also be making a video about it I have pictures and videos from when I got there as well as while I was sitting they abs based off my experience they are racist

This place is really good, it's my first time trying Korean food like this and it is really amazing, I can't choose my favorite but the soup is really good, for sure I'll come again with my friends, thank you so much at the waiter for the best service.
