The pajun tastes really good. Honestly can just ear the banchan with rice.

Incredibly yummy with good portions and reasonable prices! We had the Korean pancake which was cooked perfectly! It was crispy and full of ingredients. The banchan is fresh and delicious! We will definitely come back

We love Damda!
This restaurant was fine but I found the food somewhat bland. I ordered a chicken dish marked as spicy (E5) but I couldn’t detect any heat at all (the waitress even warned me it was spicy ?). We also ordered the beef bulgogi which was fine but I’ve had more flavourful bulgogi. I found the meat quality so-so. All the chicken is skin on with a fair number of gristly bits. Beef bulgogi meat was also ok quality. No vegetable dishes on the menu so it was a very meat heavy meal. Overall the food was just ok.
Service was acceptable but not great. Had to wave someone down to ask for anything (i.e. water). We had four people at the table and we only got two sets of chopsticks. It was fine.
Just disappointed since it didn’t live up to all the reviews.
Kid-friendliness: Fairly kid friendly. Food is mild. Spacious booths. Plastic cups.

Out of this world. Probably the best Korean food I've ever had. Korean restaurants in Koreatown can be a bit hit and miss and Damda is definitely a hit. Delicious dumplings and an amazing seafood pancake. Huge portions and amazing flavours. A real home run. Highly recommended.

When you are craving for Korean food, this is where you go. My second visit was just 2 days after my first visit And I’m already planning to come back next week.
Everything was very satisfying. Service is great, food is delicious, the whole place is clean.
Just a tip for someone who is not good with spicy food: ask them if it’s possible to make it less spicy. I ordered squid hot pot rice bowl, which was SUPER delicious however it was a bit too spicy. So I ordered the same one but less spicy and it was even more perfect to me.
Thank you for an amazing dining experience! Love this place.

This is a popular Korean restaurant in Toronto where you can enjoy authentic Korean flavors! In particular, the bibimbap and samgyeopsal are delicious and the portions are perfect, so we recommend enjoying a variety of dishes while sharing them with friends. The inside of the store is casual and comfortable, and the staff is friendly, so even first-timers can relax and have a good time.

Very disappointing and low quality food.
Ordered vegetable soft tofu soup - literally just full of onions and broth. Had barely any tofu. I hope the owners have some sort of common sense when serving foods
Second time here!! Absolutely love the food. Got seafood soft tofu soup
