The last time we ordered from here, it was take out and it was not very good. We thought it was a one off. Today, same thing. A ton of food, but not worth eating. Please, give me less and make it good again. Completely different and disappointing experience compared to what we were used to in the past.

Food is bad. Just bad. Much better Chinese food is available in the city.

I always get the chili chicken on fried rice. Pretty much the lunch special that comes with a egg roll or a hot and sour soup. The portion sizes is decent and the chicken itself is tender and moist. The sauce on the chili chicken is flavourful and offers a good spice level.

The egg roll is vegetarian, slightly undercooked in the middle most of the time. The hot and sour soup is under seasoned, there tends to be a lot of black pepper in the soup. It is not really the typical hot and sour soup.

I’ve ordered lunch from Danforth Dragon pretty regularly for about 7 years now—the food is consistently great and I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The General Tso Chicken, Szechuan Chow Mein, and Kung Pao Chicken are all great (spicy) dishes. Enjoy!

I wanted to love this place SO badly because of the low price and super friendly person working the front but after paying $1.50 to swap my rice to fried noodles, I got literally raw, uncooked noodles with my chicken! I couldn’t eat them :( Check your food before you leave!

Was craving some good Indian-Chinese (Hakka here in Canada) & this place was absolutely amazing. Loved the meal & the service was even better.

Quick. And courteous. The host was warm & felt like I wasn’t in Toronto for a bit (as the city and customer service don’t do well). If you’re in the food service business, the experience is worth just as much as how good the food is.

Highly recommend the pork bbq fried rice. Fluffy and soft. Seasoned well. Chicken Pokara had the spices in them & were not bland (or just batter fried). Chilli chicken was good but may have been a little over cooked with the crunch or been out for a short while. Still flavourful nonetheless.

Come to Greek town for some good Hakka! Really?

Really!

I’ve never had to do this, but I’m so dismayed with how the reviews here and on Uber Eats could be so misleading. Danforth Dragon was a huge disappointment. The General Tso chicken was unpalatable. Greasy, breaded, SOGGY, chicken with a nondescript sauce. The butter chicken was made with fatty cuts of what I think was chicken in an orange ketchup(?). The naan was not naan. It was stale pita and cool to the touch (even though wrapped in aluminum). When we realized that even the white rice was overcooked and unsalted we decided to call the restaurant. They were surprised and apologized that we didn’t like the food…what else could we expect them to say? We got our money back via Uber Eats. I had leftovers and my gf swallowed some white rice with some of the “ketchup butter chicken sauce” ?
