Roti shop is the best in Scarborough they wrap the roti properly and the roti is freshly made if it’s not roti shop the second best i go to Kori roti in Oakville far drive but it is dam worth it same way I would drive from Hamilton to get roti from the Roti shop you guys keep doing your thing because I alway leave with a smile on my face bigg ups !!
Tried the doubles and roti, not bad, but I've had better. The small goat roti is quite small and pricey, but the large bone-in chicken roti fed two ppl and was a good price. I enjoyed the chicken roti, the curry had a nice flavor. The doubles lacked chutney and other sauces, which would make it taste closer to a Trini doubles. The bara was tender but the channa could cook a bit more. Service was pleasant with a smile, please note that they currently accept cash or debit only---...
I heard sm great things about this place like 5 years ago. I always meant to go but life happens. So I was over the moon when I just happened to be in the neighbourhood.
The food is unnecessarily oily. Which means the oil temperature when cooking ain't right. The price to quantity ratio was a rip off. $12 for a MINI roti, nah man. That full size price.
I would be embarrassed to take any family visiting from Trinidad here. Its aiiiight....
